Upon checkin the staffs will WhatsApp to check if everything is ok which I like this way of communication as the response was very fast. All the crew staffs were well mannered and I must say their service was top notch. The setup of the 3rd bed was fast and immediate upon arriving at our room. Hotel view was fantastic from 26th floor twin guest room. Room was clean well equipped though the aircon was very cold but that’s better than hot. International breakfast has a widespread of variety from western to Chinese to Muslim and Indian foods. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our future trips.

The room was compact and functional, featuring two twin beds with basic but comfortable linens. While a bit tight, the large window brought in some natural light despite the dark curtains. There was a small desk, ideal for working, and a red ottoman near the window added a splash of color. Here’s an improved version of your review: This is an honest review of our stay with family, including seniors and two children (ages 2 and 7). Location: The location is excellent. There are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel is connected to a mall, making it easy to access KFC, Soul Garden, Starbucks, Subway, and local shops. The mall also has a Mr. DIY store. If you have time, you can visit the small sea aquarium and Shore Tower, which are nearby attractions. Things to Note: • If you book the apartment side of the Shore, there is no Wi-Fi or intercom. While Wi-Fi isn’t an issue if you have a SIM card or data plan, the lack of an intercom is inconvenient. Any requests require walking down to the lobby, which is a short distance from the apartment. • The apartment includes a microwave and fridge, but despite being advertised, washing machines and ovens are not available for use. Kids’ Swimming Pool: The kids’ pool is fun and safe, but be cautious as the flooring is not slip-resistant. Breakfast: It’s best to go for breakfast at 7:00 AM or after 9:00 AM to avoid long queues. The breakfast is quite standard. Elevators: Expect some waiting time, especially before check-out hours. Overall, the location is great for families, but there are some areas for improvement.

Quick check in and requests were well fulfilled. Parking situation was quite confusing though. Only four elevators serving the guest rooms, and they were really slow. Would suggest to have certain elevators serve different floors especially for the higher levels. Room was large but wood floors were slippery and it really cold despite turning off the ac. Bathtub keeps leaking and flooding the floor, which is probably why they’re slowly removing them. Some of the squeaky cabinets could be fixed up and maybe add a mirror at the desk so us girls can do our makeup. Breakfast was not bad either, quite a lot of choices. Location wise, it’s about a 15 min walk to jonker. There’s a mall connected but not many things there. Traffic going in and out is also always slow. Hotel is also way too kid friendly so if you hate kids don’t stay here because they are NOISY 24/7.

A good hotel for stay nearer to the tourist spots. Room is average with basic amenities provided. My room was not occupied with the laundry bag. It just a small cheap plastic basket. I guess for multi use. For breakfast, please come early as this is tourist hotel and you will see guests as early as 7.05am having their breakfast. Otherwise no seats for you.!Overall nothing WOW for me and it just an average experience. I saw the table cleaner clean the table using spray cleaning without taking out the spoon and fork on the table. Be mindful to wipe your cutleries before use.

The hotel room is clean. The hotel comes with a decent swimming room for the guest to enjoy. Car park is free for customers provided you get the ticket validated at the counter at the lobby. My 1st stay was few years ago and this is my 2nd second. Very pleasant stay. Keep it up
