The location is very good, but the sound insulation is not very good. If the air conditioner is turned on high, it will be humid. The front desk staff at check-out was very nice, but the front desk at check-in was unsatisfactory and did not provide any useful information. The most important thing was that the front desk person who checked in gave me a room without hot water and the bath water was cold. , very speechless.

Good location with parking. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and clean, acceptable. Overall, would consider this hotel again when we next come to Melaka

Great experience.
Location wise is good.
Walkable distance to Dutch square and morten bridge.
The front desk very helpful and friendly.
The parking person also very helpful and kind.
The room is quite big, with a small bathub is very convenient for us.
The wall is quite thin, can hear next room conversation somehow 😂
Fridge is not working and did not received any tissue however it is just a small matter.
But overall its a great experience.
