I appreciate Sam and Michelle for their quick reply to my email and for ensuring my stay was exceptional. They addressed my special request and delivered outstanding service. The breakfast selection was average. The location is amazing since it's just a short walk to Jonker Street. I have a knee surgery scheduled, and if I can walk to Jonker Street, I believe many others can as well. I will definitely come back again.

Excellent check in service, clean rooms and fantastic location. Bouquets to Leong for a smooth check-in, and the other front desk staff for the friendly smiles and acknowlegement. We loved the decorations /murals within the hotel. The most important aspect is that we felt very safe in the hotel. 1star deducted for cleaniness because some towels still had stains on them and were a little grey. There is also some dirt (though this is expected because it is hardwood flooring instead of carpet) around the corners.

位置好，有特色，服務態度很好，還幫忙叫車，有中文前台，但是需要碰，不知道啥時候上班，大部分店員都不會中文周邊吃飯的地方也很多，就是白色的床單被套黑乎乎

Location is excellent however breakfast is not value for money. You may want to have breakfast outside the hotel for better taste and choices.

Heritage feel. The little details are 👍🏻
Superb location! Every place where tourist should go is within walking distance!! Love it!
In short, will stay again at Baba House if am going malacca again!

就在雞場街，離各個景點都很近，但是隔音是真的不好，凌晨還有人亂喊亂叫，睡眠不好的可能要慎重考慮
