Pros: great central location, comfortable room, comfortable bedding, great customer service, quick check in and check out.
Cons: rooms are old and need refurbishing especially the carpets, windows do not shut fully so there might be noise from the streets

My top choice in Manchester because of its location, close to the train / bus station, and surrounding shops and eateries.
It has given me a pleasant surprise this time by waiving the luggage storage charges for storing our luggage’s (5 items) for an hour.

Wasn't at all a pleasant stay,carpet stains,bedding got stains,noise from of the street, and then we had to pay for our case to be put behind the desk at a cost of £5,needless we won't be staying there again,,,
