The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.
