The hotel is very cost effective and personally feels good. Suitable for ”poor travel”, about 5 kilometers from Super Bay in Dawan, you can take the bus in the past (82 road, tell him where to go, look at the map, when you arrive, you have to press the bell to get off, not too language Easy), most hotels in Mao Ball are basically inconvenient to go out. If the hotel calls a taxi more than 1000 rupees, I used the bus only 24 rupees. . . These days I went to the supermarket to buy steaks (very good, all of Australia) tiger shrimps, and I made them myself (the hotel can be boiled (you need to buy the spices yourself), the restaurant that cooperates with the hotel is very difficult to eat, just past Hungry for a day, I ordered a 340 rupees fried rice, but don't eat if you eat 2). . Breakfast is a bit unexpected and can be said to be very satisfying. Nice environment, there is a swimming pool, then next to the big Mon Choisy Beach, the cleaning is not bad. . Day trips and cars are best booked online, hotels are more expensive.

The hotel is not too far from the seaside and it takes half an hour to walk. The price is very reasonable, so this location is ok. Other conveniences are also very good, the only bad thing is that eating is not very convenient. The hotel kitchen is very simple and nothing to eat.

I stayed here two nights whilst doing some business up in the north of the island. The rate was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, room was exceptionally clean, the food was good thanks to a great chef, and all-in-all it was great value for money. Thank you to the team!

The rooms are great, especially the fully equipped kitchen, which is better than hotel apartments in Europe, Australia, and South America. It is especially suitable for Chinese cuisine. The supermarket is next door. There are tofu, pepper, seafood, and meat. These ingredients are super good. It feels like a kid, it feels great. The people here are relatively prosperous, the people live a leisurely life, the common people play football next to them, and swim and chat by the sea. The climate is very good, much more comfortable than Australia and Thailand, not hot. The plants are lush, sitting on the balcony at night, and the breeze is blowing slowly. It is really Mark Twain who let people enter the dreamland. ”God created Mauritius, and then imitated it to create the Garden of Eden.”

Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.

This was our third visit to Mauritius and to this beautiful resort, the location and the views are spectacular, having visited a few all inclusive resorts in other parts of the world, this is by far the prettiest, with spacious public areas tastefully decorated. There are numerous staff that attend to all of your needs they genuinely want your stay to be memorable and are friendly and attentive, we stayed for 10 nights and were able to make friends with a number of the Belle Mare Plage team The breakfast buffet is expansive and you may help yourself to as much or as little as you wish, we were very well looked after each morning by Nisha, and Ranooka, who makes delicious omelettes, and I must mention Chef Satish who is a true legend of La Citronelle Indigo was a great place for lunch with an extensive menu to choose from and quality food, the restaurant is well managed by Sam with most friendly and attentive staff particularly Seetul and Akash who provided our chilled and perfectly mixed cocktails The resort main bar is large and comfortable, open all day, with a varied entertainment programme provided each evening, snacks are provided free with your drinks, which was a nice addition. The bar is expertly managed by Vijay and his attentive team, Pascal, Rahul, Rishi, Nikash, Adrien, Fabian, Ayush, Akash, Tanveer, Josh, Lucca, Cedlay, Mevin, Nishal, Yori, Noam, Liroy We stayed in a junior suite, large area, great bathroom and separate shower, very large bed and luxurious linens changed twice each day and our housekeeper Kavita took very good care of us during our stay. We were on the ground floor that allowed us dual entry to the room both from the front and from the patio area, which was spacious and very comfortable, and we could walk directly to the beach, which is of the finest sand . We were all inclusive and paid a small subsidy in specific restaurants, which may not be to everyone’s liking in an all inclusive but additional charges were not unreasonable and the food was much higher quality than the buffet included in the hotel cost. All of our drink requirements were catered for in the all inclusive, cocktails, spirits and wine, including sparkling wine By far our favourite restaurant was LaSpaggia, the most perfect setting, incredibly lovely people, Aki was most helpful, who remember you on each visit and chat like friends, remember your likes and dislikes and ensure you have the very best experience. The crepe Suzette is not to be missed! The two golf courses were included in price so you could book as many rounds as you wished, with transport to each provided by the hotel Upon departure they have a superb departure lounge for late departures to ensure you can make the most of your last day, showers, towels, hairdryers and a comfortable lounge, air conditioned, whilst you wait for for departure time I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again in the future , Gert Puchtler provides a wonderful and tranquil reso

Free parking and gate security are in place like all hotels in Maodao. We were just in time for the hurricane. We couldn't go to sea in rainy days. The hotel also had a lot of entertainment facilities. Table tennis, football, sand, volleyball, and pool. The WIFI signal in the room is very weak, only the balcony signal is very strong. I wonder if the facility was affected by the hurricane. The beach is downstairs, but the WIFI signal is very strong. There are many schools of fish not far from snorkeling, and basic water sports facilities are free of charge. The staff is very friendly, the environment in the yard is beautiful and quiet, it is much better than the salt selection we stayed behind, it is worth recommending ~

It was already 8 o'clock in the evening when I arrived in Mauritius. After I finished the formalities, I could see the shuttle at the airport. It took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel was clean and soundproof. We were the second. Tianbao had a day trip and walked very early without experiencing the hotel's breakfast and other facilities. It is a good airport transition option.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was very quiet, the view by the sea was very good, the location was very close to the blue bay public beach, the snorkeling swimming was very convenient, the hotel facilities were very general, the soundproofing was not good, the big bed was actually two small beds A little bit awkward! The room is small, and there are so many things that are not placed. Overall, the price is generally

We spent five nights at the end of our holiday in Mauritius at the Blue Beryl. We had a simply furnished but well-equipped, spacious bedroom (B4). It also came with a small bedroom which proved very useful for storing our things in which there was a very large fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Our accommodation was on the first floor and had a huge balcony with 180 degree views of the sea. Breakfast was good. Blue Bay proved very convenient for Mahebourg, boat trips around the bay and visiting Ile Aigrettes. There are restaurants nearby and the large supermarket at Beau Vallon is a short drive (or taxi ride) away. It is possible to swim from the hotel beach and the snorkelling is amazing.

Outstanding
YYUFENGIt is a pretty cozy, quiet apartment hotel nearby grandbay , Super Unmarket . I forgot the mention the kid when booking, but finally got free room cost for kid , the local owner has deep and friendly sentimental emotion to Chinese people cause his daughter was studying in China and a successful doctor in Mauritius with her fruitful medical course in China. Great hotel . But the I have to complain a little bitter breakfast , really less options and the sparrows were always flying and surrounding you to share your food .
WWEIThis time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.
DdongtonyI chose the four seasons because I believe that the four seasons are consistently high quality, very good environment and location, the staff take care of my feelings, except for one, I will elaborate below. Not only did I change the villa in a better location, but the vehicle I ordered twice was upgraded to the best SUV. The driver who accompanied me to Port Louis, Steve, was attentive, very kind, hot, and patiently accompanied I walked under the big sun and introduced the humanities customs very carefully. The hotel is full of villas, super beautiful and super beautiful, just take a big picture. The beau champs in the western restaurant are super beautiful and super beautiful. I like it the most. Of course, the bambau by the pool is also good. Since I had just encountered the epidemic for a few days, everyone took it very seriously and was very responsible. But my only regret is that because I booked a hotel car to go to the airport, a staff member at the airport accompanied me to check-in, but when I said that due to the current situation, I would usually take the initiative to take care of the feelings of others When maintaining a greater distance from other people in public places, the female staff member said that she understood, not only without confirmation, that maybe my Emirates flight to Shanghai might stop Fei, and she has always ignored me. Instead, she chatted with the two European guests who lined up in front of me, as if she was accompanying them to check-in, and did not take care of my feelings at all. As I said just now: I take care of the feelings of others. If the staff member does not agree that her work requires close contact with guests from areas with various conditions, then she can choose other jobs that do not require this. I saw a Chinese employee in reception. Would you please give an explanation of the Chinese-speaking staff at Four Seasons Hotel? Thank you.
KKarenRats in restaurant
On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome.
The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice.
We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food.
The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for.
Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience:
- Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness
- Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful
- Rooms didn’t feel clean
- Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast
- Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it)
We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.
GGuest UserWhere shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!
QQIANRUThe location is good, the hotel can provide free snorkeling service, you can also see a lot of fish snorkeling next to the hotel, the sea is very clear, great.
JJackomacko14Extremely beautiful views and such a nice place to have lunch with friends, under the tree, with the birds singing and the waves crashing on the white sandy beach We had a warm welcome at the reception and Varun at the restaurant was the most pleasant, accommodating and provided us with prompt service. If you are looking for a casual place to have lunch, with an incredible view, this is definetely a place to visit La Mariposa is a true little gem
胡胡Originally, I arrived at Maoqiu at 3 in the afternoon, but the plane was delayed 7 hours due to the weather. I took a taxi to the hotel for about 50 minutes and only arrived at the hotel at 11 in the evening. The landlord and the guy in charge of the reception have been waiting. kind. The hotel is generally clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad, dinner is charged, 175 local rupees, not very expensive. The place is far away from the city. The next day I was going to buy a phone card. I didn't know the road. The young man in charge of the reception was about to go to school, so he took me there and talked all the way. Responsible for cleaning. The aunts who cook are very good. I want to make Kung Fu tea, but there is no boiling water. They put me a few bottles of boiling water in a thermos bottle, and they will bring it to me every day. The laundry is also very fast. I went out at noon and asked them to wash the clothes. When I came back in the afternoon, I saw neatly folded clothes. They were also cheap. Unlike the next hotel, the laundry was available 24 hours a day, and the charges were all based on the piece. The landlord is also very good, sometimes he will call a car for me when I go out, and I will chat with him every day when I have time.
DDVery conveniently located as it's adjoining to a big mall where one has everything. The staff are nice too, breakfast ok. But the room quality not good, interior not spacious and uneasy to place one‘s belonging. Bed comfy and TV didn't work. Price is great.
