The experience was a 3. Although all the staff were wonderful, it is not a 2 star hotel, it is a hostel although the rooms have private bathrooms. The best thing is how well connected it is. In front you have a bus stop and behind the tram to Venice. Maximum a couple of nights.

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Kkimaanlage und Kaffee am Morgen war alles was wir benötigten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle an der man in 10 Minuten in der Lagune von Venedig ist.

Charming little place with lovely clean rooms. Friendly staff (Shoutout to Stefan!) made us feel extremely welcome and provided us with great help and guidance on out adventure around Venice. Highly recommend especially considering the price

With a group of 22 rowers we landed in Mestre to participate in the 2023 Vogalonga, we were very well received. A typical Italian personal touch, a great service and a personal attention to all travel issues. Hotel situato in un'ottima posizione (a sole tre fermate di tram da Venezia), semplice e soprattutto pulito. Possibilità di fare colazione con 6€ di supplemento. Il signor Stefan molto gentile e simpatico.

Room had all we needed...heating/air-conditioning, small en suite, clean room and bed tv and good breakfast. The main plus are the staff who were friendly, extremely competent and so helpful and even organised the owner to take us to the airport at 5am...located 20 mins to Venice train station by tram...recommended

Hotel modesto ma ben curato, accogliente ed estremamente pulito. Nonostante i nostri servizi fossero esterni alla camera non abbiamo avuto alcun disagio. Il personale è gentilissimo, cordiale, preparato e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Non posso che consigliarlo.
