Accueil absent (machine à délivrer les clés). Parking gratuit (mais situé sur la rue). Chambre "supérieure" : certainement car à l'étage (éclairage de la chambre quasi inexistant), salle d'eau en piteux état (voir photos), eau chaude, mais après 3 minutes d'écoulement) et non conforme aux photos (en fait elle n'est pas dans les photos...on comprend pourquoi). Accès difficile : escalier étroit et au moins bicentenaire (marches inégales et déformées), accès impossible aux personnes en fauteuil (pas d'ascenseur). Petit déjeuner cher (15€/pers.), glacial (pas plus de 10° dans la salle), pain et pâtisserie rassis, seulement 3 yaourts dans le frigo. Points positifs : le WiFi, la température dans la chambre.

Historic and Hospitable
Very special to be able to stay at the point in the Loire where Joan of Arc crossed to defeat the English! Lovely hotel with a friendly kind staff. Very very glad to have a restaurant in the middle of winter!

Uma noite junto ao loire
Hotel bem situado na margem do Loire e vista muito boa
O quarto era amplo, cama confortável e limpo . A casa de banho fica dentro do quarto e ao tomar banho a água cai facilmente para fora da banheira
algumas das tomadas não funcionavam
A chave foi deixadas na recepção para levantarmos . O hotel anuncia internet mas não foi deixado código de acesso
O restaurante anunciado não pertence ao hotel e no dia da estadia estava reservado ( mas sem indicação no exterior)
Não aconselhável para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção pois tem muitas escadas
Valeu para uma noite e pela vista envolvente

Le cadre est magnifique (bâtisse et bord de Loire). Mais l’état général de notre chambre était long du rendu des photos. Sans parler de la montée d’escalier pour accéder à notre chambre.

Sejour professionnel,
C'est mon deuxième séjour chez eux, avec un nouvel appareil pour avoir les clés (quand il y a la clé)
Rien de dérangeant mais pour le " iem age plus difficile.
Pour info j,avais 7 nuitées en sur mon compte qui ont disparue est-ce normale
