跟朋友一起訂的，房間很大，可以寄放行李，服務人員好免費停車。Ultra期間去的，房間價格合理，打Uber到市區大概20分鐘。推薦！

I booked it with a friend. The room is large, you can store your luggage, and the service staff is very helpful with free parking. I went there during Ultra. The room price was reasonable and it took about 20 minutes to take an Uber to the city. recommend!

I booked this hotel on a whim after a cruise.  We arrived early and got settled in. Check in was easy, the elevators were soooo slow and soooo small, but the room was HUGE.  My kids were shocked at how big the room was, with the high ceilings and industrial feel.  The bathroom was large with hot water and great shower pressure.  It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but had a view of it from our room and it looked new and clean.  The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. There was a Chipotle next door that we ate lunch at.  Bonus was the complimentary uber ride to the airport when we checked out! I was super impressed.  We will definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice very upscale hotel, the room as well was nice and clean. However, our flight was canceled and we had to book an extra night and I was charged twice ! After being reassured that everything was ok when asked and I had to go through too many people to get a refund. This was my only issue, there was a free Uber service to the airport which was a plus as well

Personnel was very helpful with all my requests. Nice check in experience with Carlos.Stephanie, the General Manager, makes sure everything were perfect. Nice ambience, fresh food and perfectly clean room and surrounding areas. I was staying for two nights only (and alone) and without a doubt, this will be my place to stay for every trip to Miami.
