It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

We visited the hotel for a weekend in September. The purpose of our visit was to explore Milan and to attend the Monza Grand Prix. The hotel is in a great location, a short taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance to two train stations and the centre of town. Check in and out was really quick and the staff were so frjendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, lots of variety and high quality food. We also had a drink in the bar one evening and it was a good atmosphere, service and the drinks we ordered were made well. Overall we felt the hotel was excellent for 4 stars and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury without breaking the bank.

I love this hotel. It is located centrally and the receptionist was accommodating. The room was clean and there was a hot water in the shower. There’s also an electric kettle and teas and coffees, a safety deposit box to keep my valuable things such as my passport and purse. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough. Great old school grand hotel. The Sheraton is located a 20 min walk to the Domo and located in a nice part of Milan. It is a older classic hotel with a beautiful rear garden and very nice bar lounge. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and the bar in the evening. As it is an older building the rooms are a little smaller than new hotels but the details are very nice. The service was great both at the reception (I needed help with tickets) and at the breakfast and bar lounge. There is no parking but they will take your car from the front door when you arrive and return it in minutes when you need it. We enjoyed our stay and I would return the next time I come to Milan.

Room was very small you can barely walk, the AC makes a lot of noise, probably because the filter was dirty and old (never cleaned) We all got allergies after staying there. And the TIP of the iceberg was that we were robbed. We had money stolen from inside the safe while the room key was at the reception. When we complained about it we were told to go to the police. Obviously we didn’t get our money back and we were very frustrated. I certainly do not recommend this hotel. It ruined our vacation and we felt uncomfortable that they didn’t care. Obviously it is a hotel staff since they were the only ones with a key. Very disappointed

Showed utter compassion and kindest to Help us out when myself my husband, 2 kids and his octogenarian parents one who had advanced dementia , when we arrived in the midst of a storm and were delayed after having to refuel at another airport. We were too late in evening and were not able to pick up our hire car or book into our accommodation. Rolando was so kind and lovely and caring helping us. We can’t thank him enough. If there was an employee of the month I can highly recommend him and his other male colleague ( sorry didn’t get his name) I would put both these lovely men up for award as were so pleasant and kind. Absolutely fantastic stay, Would 100% recommend. Great location only two minutes from P. Venetia metro, in a very nice area with plenty of coffee shops. We absolutely LOVED our stay and we’re so happy with the room!! The owner is the friendliest gentleman with superb English, made us feel very welcome, recommended places to eat and guided us to the Navigli area which was fantastic for nightlife - we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Milan or a better B&B. Owner was very accommodating when we checked out at 8am and realised we’d left items in our room - he came down and met us instantly with a big smile. Overall a fantastic, historic, unique building in a very safe neighbourhood. Will be back when we visit Milan again. Thank you!!!
