This was my first time at Kurokawa Onsen, but the spring quality was good and I was able to enjoy it. The room had been renovated and the bed was spacious and clean. The staff were all young and kind.
I would like to use this again if I have the opportunity.
We went on a stamp rally to visit the hot springs. If you're only staying overnight, I recommend arriving early.
We weren't planning on visiting the hot springs, so we didn't arrive early and were a bit busy.

Very good, clean and elegant rooms, friendly and enthusiastic staff, can communicate in English, and the waiter can speak simple Chinese. The room I stayed in was 103 Chrysanthemum, which has its own private hot spring in the suite. You can soak as long as you want. Food and beverages are also delivered to the room. The small tea room is very cute.
