Not a good experience, help was unfriendly and the hotel need renovations. Dirty carpets, rooms very small. Don’t recommend.

Just a bit outdated rooms, but still a nice place to stay. The breakfast is great with a lot to choose for. The staff goes beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We have never experienced hotel staff this helpful.
We ate once at the restaurant, maybe we got unlucky but on that one visit we would not recommend. The beach bar from the same owners did have good food.

Oasis Port Grand Hotel is echt een fijne plek om te verblijven, waar luxe en comfort goed samenkomen. Bij binnenkomst merk je meteen de moderne en stijlvolle sfeer op, waardoor je je gelijk op je gemak voelt. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals gratis Wi-Fi, een flatscreen-tv en een minibar. De bedden zijn bovendien super comfortabel.
De service is top; het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze doen echt hun best om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Eat at this hotel restaurant everyday during my stay in Mindelo. Very clean and professional people serving the tables. Food is not too expensive and nothing flying over it. I this this still the best place in town. I walked from my hotel nearby everyday because I trusted the cleanliness of this restaurant.

Nachdem andere Hotels ausgebucht waren, haben wir uns für dieses "Viersterne Hotel" entschieden. Durchwegs leider schlecht, da die Zimmer abgewohnt sind, muffig riechen, es im kleinen Badezimmer übel stinkt und von der Strasse her sehr laut ist. Das Preisniveau ist viel zu hoch für diese Einrichtung, deren Service auch zu wünschen übrig lässt. Definitiv die schlechteste Erfahrung in Mindelo.
