Resort is very beautiful and hospitality was awesome. Swimming pull is well maintained Overall stay was excellent Room was neat and clean Citrus restaurant well located and breakfast fast was awesome Dinner needs to revisit as more items available for non vegetarian however they have arranged vegetarian food

Great property, we had a pool view room, which had amazing views with an infinity pool overlooking the Vembanand lake, very responsive staff, overall a great stay. Very nice off beat, perfect for staycation. Very near to the Kanyikurram jetty, and bus stand. Better to have your own vehicle though.

The stay was amazing, food was ausum, staff is excellent, room is spacious with good view. Thanks for Neethu professional service in restaurant. I recommend for others to stay in this hotel, they have a chain in other cities as well and provide world class service

Pleasant staying and beautiful view. Very supportive and kindly behaviour of all staff. Food quality excellent. Will recommend for all those wants back water pool side view. Come and experience with full family. It's quite peaceful place to stay.

So we didnt stay here. only because getting through to bookings was a pain in itself. We finally did call the central number only to be told write an email with all details. We sent an email and two days later I got a reply (one word, no salutation) saying "Rates?" I thought they were meant to give us rates. Did they mean dates? Lol. Anyway we did go for a meal whihc was quite disastrous. A bengali waiter was the only running around, he had no clue about kerala food and what we finally ordered took us an hour to get to us and wasnt too great. The restaurant really has no ambience. The property though looked quite nice. Cant comment on the stay though - as mentioned the reservations were a disaster.

The hotel has Very beautiful lake view rooms and the stay was comfortable. Food quality is also very good. Location of the hotel is slightly out of city limits, however the staff provided auto rickshaw contact for local sight seeing. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

The hotel was good best pool view and lake view of the staff was very cooperative …property need some renovation …food was good ambience was good and peace Environment was good … food items can be added more in breakfast It’s worth visiting the place

Location is very good but the property is old and needs maintenance, they have smart tvs in room but have some weird system which blocks from using ott apps. Staff is welcoming with Neethu at the restaurant and Madhu at the pool doing great job of making your experience more enjoyable. buffet options at breakfast and dinner are very limited.
