This hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

The room is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The photos are clearly taken using camera angles that make the space look much larger than it actually is. The bathroom is also extremely small, and the bathtub is only suitable for children, not adults. It feels very cramped, with hardly any room to move around. There is also very little space to keep your luggage and other belongings. Considering the price, I would recommend looking for other accommodation options that offer better value for money.

The people who serve at the front of the hotel, at reception, are not at all friendly, they don't look people in the face, they always seem to be grumpy, well, actually a hairless man, in the morning, there was a young man, the youngest of all, especially the one who received us on December 17 in the afternoon, that is the exception, very friendly, the worst of all the old man without hair, he needs to be given a lesson in good manners.

During my trip to Munich, I stayed in both small and XL apartment hotel suites. The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.

Overall, it was a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The room met my expectations and everything was fine during my visit. The only downside was that there was no reception available on-site, which could be inconvenient for guests who may need assistance. Aside from that, my experience was smooth and pleasant.

The room is comfortable and quiet. The window cannot be opened and there is no shading. The car show is really too wife _＞ `cool like it! Although the location is not in the city, it is not a few stops in the city center by subway. It is really convenient and cost-effective than the city. The merchant provided the photo for real, I forgot to take it 😂

The hotel is located in a business park, so it's relatively quiet. It's a bit far from the subway; you need to take bus 23 first to get around. They offer free luggage storage. The room facilities are complete and quite new. My first impression was good, but on the second day, the cups weren't washed, and no complimentary water was provided. On the third day, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the trash can wasn't emptied (and was even left on the sink!), and the bath towels weren't changed.

The hotel location is convenient, and the room is clean and tidy. There's also an airport shuttle nearby that goes directly to Munich Airport. Overall good, would recommend.

Very good clean hotel w good amenities & fairly spacious room. The shower was more than adequate, but since I'm judging you by higher standards, I'd say, just work on the little bit mold on the tiles. Breakfast is very good, but I would add a breakfast pastry of some sort. There was good bread, jam and butter so still met the needs of those who prefer a sweet breakfast. Overall, i'd stay again. Staff was very pleasant.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The room is adequate, spacious with a large bed. It has a separate shower and toilet, which does not interfere with the use of them by different people at the same time. As for location, there are bus stops nearby with connections to the metro or tram, which is appreciated if you do not want to spend a lot of money on taxis. The reservation included breakfast. It must be said that breakfast leaves a little to be desired given the gastronomy that we Spaniards have, a very touristy buffet but with variety.

Zimmer sind zwar nicht so groß aber gut ausgestattet, beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis und alles ist Bio. Man kann am Wochenende in der Gegend umsonst parken und für Hunde ist die Gegend auch gut zum Spazierenlaufen. Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Tram Station. Bei schönem Wetter empfehle ich die rooftop bar im 12 Stock mit schönem Blick auf München

The location is acceptable; it's a bit of a walk to the subway, but manageable. The room is quite simple but spacious enough to open two large suitcases with plenty of room to walk around. The mini-bar is free, but I'm not used to German drinks. The bathroom facilities are old, and there's no door to the toilet. The three sliding glass panels of the shower door aren't connected. The front desk staff were neither warm nor cold. It's just a very average business hotel.

Nähe zur Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn ist von Vorteil. Das Einchecken ist einfach. Wir hatten das Zimmer 202, welches direkt am Aufzug liegt und dadurch mit lärm zu rechnen ist. Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße, was mit Straßen lärm und Publikum Lärm vom Petit Fritz bis spät in die Nacht. An der Rezeption wird nur Englisch gesprochen, was ich nicht gut finde. Problem ist der Parkplatz, das war das Hauptauswahl Kriterium. Im Nachgang hieß es, dass man den nicht Buchen kann und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben wird. Auch das genaue vorgehen wie man den bekommt wurde nicht erläutert. Anscheinend kann man das in Zukunft buchen.

The self check-in system does not work. He just doesn’t let him in, that’s all. We and several other families waited outside. On weekends the reception is almost closed. Nobody will open the door for you. A notification with a check-in password does not arrive by email. As a result, we sat outside the door for almost 3 hours. Nobody answers calls (it's a day off). Think carefully before choosing this hotel. They simply won’t open the door for you.
