While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

I have stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years on business trips. It is very good. Hot water is provided. I booked breakfast this year. The type is quite rich. You can make waffles yourself. There are also various coffees. I love it.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. The breakfast had a small variety of options especially the hot section compared to other Marriott hotels.

Looking for a strategically located place to stay for a concert at the Allianz Arena, I found these apartments online. The goal was an easy journey to and from the event, which worked out perfectly from this location. The overnight price of around 110 EUR was absolutely reasonable for Munich standards, so I booked here. The journey was straightforward: You can reach the building easily by subway, and from the station, it's about a 15-minute walk – which is totally acceptable. Even more convenient is bus line 150, which stops practically right in front of the building. Since I arrived early by train, I kindly inquired about an early check-in. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible before 3:00 PM, but thankfully, I was able to store my luggage on-site without any hassle. As dining options in the immediate vicinity of Parkstadt Schwabing are rather sparse, I used the time to go to the Old Town for a meal while waiting. The later self-check-in at the terminal was completely independent and super easy to use. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and perfectly spacious. A real highlight – especially for longer stays – is the integrated kitchenette, which even comes with a stove, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathroom was also modern and well-maintained. Despite my room's location right by the elevator, it was pleasantly quiet inside. Overall, I had a very pleasant and smooth stay. A top recommendation, not only for event-goers at the Allianz Arena but also for a classic city trip!

Stayed here for 4 night. Good location near with a tram station just next to the hotel. My flight arrived early for check in but they had rooms available so they were accommodating. After long flight, I really appreciate that. And yes, electric kattle available.

My stay at Plaza Premium was fantastic. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Facilities: Brand spanking new! Cleanliness: Decent. Location: Pretty convenient, there's a Lufthansa bus to the airport and the subway to the city center is very close by! Service: Quite similar to what you'd find in China, really excellent!

Unbeatable value for money. The room was spacious and the shower was great. There's an amazing cafe right next door and a fantastic Italian restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. I'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The room met my expectations and everything was fine during my visit. The only downside was that there was no reception available on-site, which could be inconvenient for guests who may need assistance. Aside from that, my experience was smooth and pleasant.

The people who serve at the front of the hotel, at reception, are not at all friendly, they don't look people in the face, they always seem to be grumpy, well, actually a hairless man, in the morning, there was a young man, the youngest of all, especially the one who received us on December 17 in the afternoon, that is the exception, very friendly, the worst of all the old man without hair, he needs to be given a lesson in good manners.
