A very comfortable hotel. There's a supermarket on the ground floor, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. It's just a five-minute walk from the train station. The room has everything you could ask for, and the hot water comes on instantly. Five-star rating!
The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.
I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.
Services:
The staff here are very friendly and luggage has a separate room for safe storage. But it should be noted that if you check in at more than 9:00 in the evening, they will be off work from 9 to 10:00. You may need to call the front desk, and they will leave your name and room number, and card number at the front desk .
Facilities: The room is fully carpeted , and it is quiet at night . If you want to go to the toilet in the lobby, you need to ask the front desk to get the key.
Environment: There is a beer garden nearby to see how he is very large and relaxing, where he drinks beer and eats local German-style meat.
The location is good, the room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are average. I stayed in three Leonardo hotels this time. It is said that this hotel brand is pretty good. Hotels in European urban areas are small, but overall it is pretty good.
I had high expectations based on the high ratings. When I checked in, I felt the receptionist, a white man at the front desk, was polite but a bit cold. The room I was assigned faced the Handshake Building across the street. I politely requested a change and was given a top-floor room. It was not bad, but the room was small overall because it was in a historic building in a central area. The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was elegant, but it was all cold.

The location is very good, within walking distant to public transport. Easy to move around & can hire bike services which is in the same row as the hotel. Very friendly reception staff, allow us to check-in early. Good breakfast & we enjoy our stay at the hotel.
The room was very old, and we stayed at the neighboring street at night. The bathroom space is too small, barely enough to take a thin bath. But the front desk was very good, and gave us a small Christmas gift before leaving. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The breakfast here is still great, the waiter's little brother is super handsome.
