The dust in the room is beyond out of control. Everything you touch has lint from the blankets, bed sheets and the towels. I don't think the cleaners clean their ”lint traps” in the dryer. The poor dryers probably are dying due to not cleaning.
You just have to stick with it with your clothings full of lint and dust.
The breakfast was pretty solid. The reception is absolutely perfect and very kind and on point.
The room itself was a bit on the smaller side but the AC unit was amazing. The whole lint problem was just so irritatin
The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.
The location is good, the room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are average. I stayed in three Leonardo hotels this time. It is said that this hotel brand is pretty good. Hotels in European urban areas are small, but overall it is pretty good.
I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.
Services:
The staff here are very friendly and luggage has a separate room for safe storage. But it should be noted that if you check in at more than 9:00 in the evening, they will be off work from 9 to 10:00. You may need to call the front desk, and they will leave your name and room number, and card number at the front desk .
Facilities: The room is fully carpeted , and it is quiet at night . If you want to go to the toilet in the lobby, you need to ask the front desk to get the key.
Environment: There is a beer garden nearby to see how he is very large and relaxing, where he drinks beer and eats local German-style meat.
A characteristic family hotel, the operator is Chinese, very good for Chinese who can't speak a foreign language. The room is old, but still clean. The toilet is small and very clean. The shower needs to be paid attention to. If it is useless for a while, it takes a long time for the water to heat up, but the water is a bit hot after it is hot. The heating belongs to the general level of German families, about 20 degrees, not warm but enough. It is recommended to drive by car, Munich and the surrounding area are still convenient to drive. There is a refrigerator and microwave at the front desk, a public kettle on the first floor, and wifi is fast. There is no elevator, legs and feet are inconvenient, you need to pay attention, the restaurant is in the basement. Breakfast is not rich but there are some, basically meet the needs.
very good hotel and good service. Room is nice and value for money. Breakfast is good. Hotel facility is good. Location is very good. Can walk to interesting places easily. Recommended to stay this hotel.
The location is very good, within walking distant to public transport. Easy to move around & can hire bike services which is in the same row as the hotel. Very friendly reception staff, allow us to check-in early. Good breakfast & we enjoy our stay at the hotel.
The room was very old, and we stayed at the neighboring street at night. The bathroom space is too small, barely enough to take a thin bath. But the front desk was very good, and gave us a small Christmas gift before leaving. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The breakfast here is still great, the waiter's little brother is super handsome.
