Best Hotels in Muro, Spain

We booked this hotel on recommendation of a friend and are so happy to follow this recommendation. The hotel facility is beautifully located quietly and offers a huge rekreation value. A great large garden and the pool are super maintained. Sit on the terrace under the large trees is wonderful and rounds the great country-type food. Here you can spend many beautiful hours even if you just pass for a dinner. But also in the house, in rustic atmosphere, it comes just a sense of urlause.. The rooms are convenient and very ordinary and maintained. The air conditioning was very nice to be quiet and well operated. About the hosts can only be said positive. The team around the owner and her son is super nice and attentive and you feel very quickly very well. I can only recommend the hotel to all who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday in Mallorca, apart from the often usual rumble.

Excelente atención y servicio desde el minuto uno de tu reserva, limpieza excelente, calidad/precio inmejorable, los dos chicos que actualmente lo llevan desde ene 2023 realmente han marcado una clara diferencia en función a la anterior propiedad que por lo que leo estuvieron hasta dic 2022 y era un desastre, yo reserve por casualidad y tuve que preguntar porque esas reseñas y luego lo entendí.... actualmente lo lleva el dueño del edificio y es una gran persona, una gente de tu a tu con una muy buena atencion... Que decir de las instalaciones con dos zonas comunes una cubierta y una en terraza segundo piso y unas preciosas habitaciones con un combinado de rustico y moderno donde te sientes a gusto y descansas muy bien, el colchón y la almohada son las mejores que probé en distintos hoteles de Mallorca desde hace tiempo, precio muy bueno, una pena que la suite estuviera reservada y no poder probar la zona de jacuzzi y terracita en habitación, fuera hay varios bares y restaurante ya que esta situado situado en la plaza de Maria de la Salut un pueblo situado en el centro de Mallorca, en la plaza hay parking eléctrico y minusválido delante del hotel y prácticamente a 1 minuto andando un parking publico. Todo muy bien y muy contento de proba, hasta pronto, sAludos!

We travelled as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in 2 twin rooms. The hotel was modern and clean in a great central location. 5 minute walk to beach. Rooms: Nice size, clean, good view of pool, lovely balcony, good selection of TV channels. Maid service every day. But... The rooms had an awful sewage smell when the air conditioning was on. Pools: 4 really good sized outdoor pools for all age groups but water very cold. Dirty and tired looking sunbeds. Ripped towels. There is an indoor pool for children plus an indoor pool / spa for over 16s. Food: Good selection but spolit by the fact both breakfast and evening meal food was cold. Not pleasant eating cold fried eggs and sausages. The glasses looked dirty. No English Breakfast tea bags so bought our own from the supermarket. The fruit is obviously out all night as it was dry. My son was given chicken which was raw in the middle. I complained and was disappointed not to receive an apology. We were also VERY disappointed about food labelling. Nothing to tell you what flavour the cakes or yoghurt or jam was. Just a gamble if it was a flavour you would enjoy. Plus, major point: No allergen info on anything. There is a small games room but the white ball was missing from the pool table and some machines out of order. You need 10 euro deposit to borrow table tennis rackets and ball. The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly but the restaurant and bistro staff not so much. We had a nice break but would definitely not return.
