The hotel is very comfortable for solo travelers. A great option for travelers on a budget. Just 10 minutes walking from Nagoya Station. The staff is very polite.

The facilities are old and not well-cleaned. Dust has accumulated on the bathroom handrails. There is no ventilation, and I can't stop coughing. When I called to inquire about the parking lot, the staff was cold and only answered my questions with YES or NO, and did not say anything like "please be careful when you come." I felt that they should educate their employees.
