Nanjing Ziqing Lake Hot Spring Resort (Wildlife World) Reviews

This post i will review the room and will post moments about our experience separately. We are happy with the child friendly room. The edges were covered with foam to avoid child head injury. The hotel is so thoughtful in providing children size bath robes, and children dental kit. This is the first hotel that i’ve visited that has this facility. Fresh fruit are given everyday as well. Breakfast serves variety of Chinese cuisine. Areas to improve: more variety of dishes to choose during dinner service at Ziqing Restaurant

The facilities and services at this hotel made me feel right at home. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me have a good sleep. In addition, Zhu Yuanping's warm service and meticulous care made me feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed.

It's a very convenient trip for taking kids! There are amusement parks, zoos, and hot springs! There are also many snack bars in the town. The hotel staff are very good. The housekeeper Xiao Wu answered questions promptly, politely and in detail! The experience is very good, I will come again next time

Very good resort hotel, with hot springs by the lake. The villa we stayed in had a kitchen with an induction cooker. We brought a lot of kitchen equipment and cooked our own meals. It was very close to the zoo and the car could be parked in front of the villa. We took the children for a walk in the afternoon. The service attitude of the service staff was very enthusiastic and professional.

I often come to Ziqing Lake. The service of the housekeeper's room is very thoughtful, especially the housekeeper Qingqing, who promptly solved the problems during check-in and let the children return with joy. The wildlife park has been upgraded, there are many animals, and you can get close to the animals, which feels great.

We arrived at the hotel early and the staff was very enthusiastic. They arranged a room for us before the check-in time. The hotel's restaurant environment is very good. It is very convenient to go to the zoo, children's park and hot springs. The children had a lot of fun. I will come back next time if I have the chance.

The housekeeper Qingqing added WeChat the day before to notify some precautions in advance. After checking in, all the supplies needed to take care of the baby are arranged, including children's slippers, toilet rails, toothbrushes, etc. Ctrip’s packages come with various gifts, including VIP train, VIP circus, buy one get one free at Starbucks, and boating projects, all of which are practical and practical. Ctrip customer service is pretty good. I booked a suite, but I didn't play the boat, the amusement fort, or the circus. I only went to the zoo, where you can feed the animals. The average price is about 10, and you can bring your own cabbage and radish. I saw the giant pandas 🐼 and the children liked it very much. The hotel has a lot of dining options, including a buffet dinner, 68 per person, 48 for children (I think), and if you have time, you can go to the surrounding Tujia cuisine. The hot spring ♨️ is too cold to soak outside. There are three hot spring pools indoors. The child stayed for more than ten minutes 🦶🏻 and broke (I can't figure out whether it was punctured or worn out). Later, I asked an old man who was a staff member and said that you can't stay in the hot spring all the time. Alas 😔 It's a bit annoying. (Do you need to post a notice?) I hope it will be improved.
