It was a pleasant stay. I had only one meal here, though. But the property is well connected and right in the middle of jesmond and it's surrounded by restaurants. My only complaint was that there were no lifts. Vinod helped me with my suitcases though. So other than the lifts, i had a wonderful stay.

The quilt was not replaced with a new one, and I smelled a smell. I asked the front desk to say that the cleaner was off work and could not solve it.
