Great location, value for money. Have to throw rubbish ourselves and have to pay extra charge for cleaning the room, as we stay for less than 7 days though.

Location: Super convenient for the airport, and the tram ride there is free – a nice bonus! It's also about a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Service: This is an apart-hotel, so housekeeping is only once every 7 days. Extra cleanings come with a fee.
Facilities: The on-site laundry room is pay-per-use. There's a coffee machine, but they only provided 4 coffee pods. For two people staying 4 nights, I feel they should have provided enough coffee, toilet paper, and other essentials.
Cleanliness: Since cleaning is only once a week, you pretty much have to maintain it yourself.
Pros: Great price! It's affordable, and as an apart-hotel, you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. However, there were no condiments, so we had to go to a Chinese supermarket to get some things.
Cons: There are no large supermarkets nearby, and even small convenience stores are quite a distance away. This was a bit inconvenient, as we had to stock up on groceries from Nice or elsewhere.

They didn't even clean the room once during my four-night stay! The sheets were stained and didn't look clean at all. I kept getting bitten by bugs at night, it was so strange.

Visited in May '26 and had a great experience. I was a bit worried after reading older reviews, but it seems those might have been outdated. The hotel's hygiene is now very good, and the front desk staff were fine. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travel to nearby cities. It was especially handy during the May Day bus strike! The only downside is that shopping isn't very convenient. The hotel also has a laundry room with Miele washers and dryers that looked quite clean, available for a fee.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!

Our second stay at this very clean Aparthotel and equally pleased the second time. It is no more than a fifteen minute walk from Nice Airport Terminal 1 and is situated in a complex containing other well known horel brands and cafes etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a well equipped kitchen area.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, and practically right outside the Line 2 station. It's also just a 10-minute walk from Saint Augustine train station, making transportation very convenient for getting anywhere. The only downside is the service, which is a bit disappointing. Oh, and it's also very easy to get to the Promenade des Anglais (Angel's Bay).

Very satisfied with this hotel, it offers great value for money. The breakfast could have more variety, but they do have fresh juice. Housekeeping isn't provided unless you stay for 7 days or more. The laundry room isn't free, you have to pay to use it. Overall though, I'm very happy and would come back again.
There are plenty of restaurants right across the street, so you don't need to walk far following Google Maps, and those places aren't even as good.

The location is far from the city but I could say the location is perfect! It is near the airport 1 tram away, near train and tram stations that could go anywhere! It was peacful and quite. I love that it is equipped with a small kitchenet complete with all necessities so you could make a simple breakfast before going oit to explore. A nice balcony to hang out i love that.the room is huge! Stayed here for 5 days heads up to other travellers because you have to think its your own apartment not a hotel no daily housekeeping you have to clean after yourself broom is provided but dust is accumulated quickly so vaccum is needed and the housekeeping is kind enough to lend us the vaccum for a whil, e another thing The bathroom has an unpleasant smell tolerated it till the end , had to throw your garbage
Regardless still recommend this place.

The room was a bit compact, but it had everything you could need: a balcony, wardrobe, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. The bed was quite small, probably around 80 cm for a single. Honestly, compared to accommodations in the city, this place offers great value for money. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are several other hotels nearby in newer buildings. It's quite a distance from Terminal 2, so you'd need a taxi if you have a flight in the early hours. The front desk staff's English wasn't very proficient, which led to some communication misunderstandings. When we checked out in the early morning, there was no one at the front desk, and we couldn't reach anyone by phone, so we just left the room card there. The credit card authorization from check-in wasn't released until a month later.

I stayed at Residhome Nice Aéroport for one night during my trip to the French Riviera, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is super convenient — just a few minutes from Nice Airport and close to the tram stop, which makes getting to the city center or Promenade des Anglais very easy. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a small kitchen area, which is great for short stays. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It’s also surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The only minor thing is that the surrounding area doesn’t have many restaurants open late at night, so it’s better to grab dinner before heading back. Overall, it’s a good value for money — perfect for a short stay, especially if you have an early or late flight.

Couldn't check in early. The environment was great, and the location is super close to the airport, which is a big plus. The only downside is that there aren't many food options nearby. Anyway, it was just for one night as I had an early flight the next day, so it all worked out fine.

Located in Grand Arénas near the airport, it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to the city centre. Staff are very nice. However, if you check in after 10pm, you'd need to pay a deposit of 150€, as the main staff are out of hours. You can ask for early release the next day when the staff is back to work.
