There are good things and bad things here: first the good: 1) staff are very nice and accommodating 2) location is very good 3) you can get an apartment that comfortably will accommodate more than 2 people (I.e., we had 3 bedroom 2 bath, very spacious with 3 small balconies) 4) very clean, safe is present in the room. Now the not so good: 1) hardest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever been on in my life. A traveler staying nearby recommended we go to the Walmart and buy mattress toppers. I think what is on the bed frame is maybe a box spring only 2) water temperatures and pump to deliver water to our 3rd floor apartment was constantly and loudly turning on and off (well, it’s Mexico so this isn’t a deal breaker) 3) we had to purchase a lot of things like paper towels, coffee filters, kitchen towels. Silverware and dishes exist but very minimal. Overall, I would stay here again but only if I brought a mattress topper so I could have a good night’s sleep. Honestly, sleeping directly on the tile floor would have been very comparable.
