It was absolutely incredible. I’ve been there before but im telling you for someone that’s had a beach house there for years, no longer, this was the best. They treated us like queens. I’m so impressed. Hadn’t been there in years. Perfect. Had the best room, best service. I read someone right a review it was nothing special. I don’t know what they were expecting but it was the best.

The views were amazing! The format for room service was superb. Requests were met as they could be (staff efforts toward meeting those requests made it mean the most). Check-in/out was a breeze. The waterproof wristbands for room access is genius. Multiple food options without having to leave the resort.

My whole experience at the hotel was excellent!! The customer service was A1, our room was very nice and clean. The hotel had everything that we needed and more! I can’t wait to come back!!

We had a terrible experience. It wasn’t welcoming at all. The facility was very nice but the staff and guests gave a very uncomfortable vibe. Very segregated and prejudice
