equipment and hygiene are very good

While check-in was a bit slow and communication was sometimes hard to understand, it wasn't a major problem. It would be helpful to have kitchen towels and dishcloths; I ended up using a small towel in their place. A clothes drying rack with clips would be appreciated. Laundry detergent with fabric softener was provided. Only one tissue box was supplied; another would be helpful. Overall, we had a mostly problem-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean room, the landlord and his wife are very enthusiastic, sound insulation is better, in the residential area, everyone is very quiet. Next time I will choose this ～ a few minutes walk from the subway station. They are all empty streets and the street view is beautiful. It is very close to Osaka Station and Umeda.

This hotel is perfectly located at Yodoyabashi Station, right between Umeda and Namba (Shinsaibashi). It offers incredibly convenient and fast public transport access to Kansai International Airport, Itami Airport, and Universal Studios Japan. Plus, there's direct access to the Midosuji subway line from the hotel's basement. If you're considering staying in Umeda or Namba, I'd recommend checking out this area instead. It offers great value for money and excellent transportation links. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped with everything you need, making it an ideal base for a night's rest.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. The location is excellent, very close to Umeda. The room is well-equipped and clean. Since check-in and check-out are mostly self-service, I can't comment on the hotel's service.
