Limited facilities provided. Only a restaurant and some toys for kids. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff can be more trained to provide better services. Had an experience that when the cleaner cleaned my room, he or she just put some unopened rubbish bags inside the rubbish bins and I have to open the bags and wrap it into the rubbish bin by myself. Front desk had also lost my registered parcel they collected for me.

I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Pear Tree Oxford, staff were very friendly, helpful and open to chat, in particular the manager who gave mr some good recommendations on pubs to eat in Oxford, lady who checked me in and gentleman working on check out who i had a nice chat with and knows of town where i'm from. Facilities are excellent and luxurious, with bar area, dining area and lobby very clean and relaxing. My room was very stylish, clean with large screen TV, air conditioning and own kettle with sachets of tea and coffee, bathroom was very clean too. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if in the Oxford area and want a quiet relaxing stay with excellent customer service.

Great room, very big TV and staff friendly. Located outside city but accessible

The hotel was lovely, and the people were more than accommodating. My friend was pumping as she didn't have her baby with her and they stored the freezer block she needed to be able to keep the milk cool in their freezer overnight whilst she used the fridge in the room to make sure it stayed fresh. They provided us with wine glasses for the wine we had brought with us and also allowed us to use their corkscrew when we realised we'd bought a bottle with a cork. Everyone was very lovely and I would definitely stay again. The location is great as you can catch the park and ride bus from nearby to get into central Oxford. (£2 for a single, £3 for a return) would definitely stay again!

Spotless Hotel, very modern deco. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gluten free breakfast was fantastic, we were very impressed. Can't fault anything.

If you want to stay at a hotel that defines hospitality, stay at the Holiday Inn Oxford. I stayed here for 17 nights (which must be a record somewhere). From the moment I arrived, to the second I left, the staff’s priority was to provide excellence in customer service. I felt welcomed and attended to, and I felt like I was “home”. It’s a short bus ride to the city center and the rooms are extremely clean. The food at the restaurant is great, and the restaurant/bar area is a great place to just sit and do some work. Top stars to: Gorgi, Ven, Jacqui and Lily for going above and beyond to provide an unforgettable stay. I will always be thankful for the experience, and will test every other hotel I stay at to the standard they provided.
