Everything is great in general. It is clearer than I expected. The staff is nice, the location is great, close to Metro and a lot of nice restaurants around. The only thing that I’m not happy is how they keep the clients’ luggages. They don’t use the luggage tag system, they keep all the luggages in a room that only be able to open by the staff. Which means there’s a bug that different clients can reach out to your luggages if they want, and the strangers on the street can get into the room as well when they ask for it, as the staff can’t memorize all the clients.  I have question about it, their feedback is that they have CCTV in the room, it is safe. I want to point out that, CCTV doesn’t prevent people stealing in this case, we are all travelers, if someone stole my stuff, I would still need to fly out, nothing much I can do.  The hotel should do something about this for safety matters.  Our luggages was fine, but the arrangement can be improved.

My suitcase tag was broken and my items stolen from right inside the storage room just behind the reception. Unbelievable. Now I am going to reconsider the hotels I get from trip.com on my next trip cos I am still in great shock.

Booked for 1 person that mean I’m sleep one person just have 1 friend come to meet me and use toilet because raining but staff said can’t and room very small

the hotel was kind of far from the station, so if you’re carrying a big or heavy suit case, it might be troublesome. also be cautious of some exits from the station because there’s no elevator and there’s just one or two exits that has an escalator. also keep in mind that underground stations mostly have only stairs so you must have to carry your luggage going up/down stairs. the hotel staffs were all so lovely, the breakfast food tastes really good too, and the room is quite compact but provides things just what you might want.

Not the greatest neighborhood in Paris, but the hotel definitely deserves a praise for the cleanliness, and helpful staff.

It's a new hotel, the room is very clean, there is no smell like the old hotel. Staying during the Olympics only costs more than 1,000 yuan, which is very affordable. The lady at the front desk is also very service-minded and very efficient. . The hotel is right next to the subway lines 8 and 9, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants near the hotel, including Chinese food. There is a very authentic Thai massage about 500 meters away, with Thai masseurs. There will be free coffee and water in the hotel lobby, and you can fill up with water and leave every day. Ice water is provided when you return on a hot day. The room has a hairdryer and safe, as well as air conditioning. No toothbrush, no slippers, no type C. Remember to bring your own European plug. I don’t want to recommend this hotel too much, I want to keep it to myself 😂

The single room is in a corner and the room is cleaner and tidier than expected. Note that European hotels do not provide toothbrushes and slippers, so you must bring your own. The only problem is that the room is not breathable.

The location is in the Little Paris circle, the room is spacious, the service is warm and polite, you can store your luggage, the breakfast is very rich, although the price is a bit expensive, please note that the hotel cannot store refrigerated food. Overall satisfied

The hotel is close to an area with services: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, the subway is nearby. The facilities are good The carpeted room is spacious, the light is dim although it has a window to the outside, a wall mirror, the TV is SmartTV but you cannot connect to Netflix or similar, it has few channels and all in French. The bed is very comfortable and has two cushions of different thicknesses, it also has a desk with a chair and a stool, there is a chest of drawers with a safe. The bathroom with a shower tray is spacious and has soap, moisturizing cream, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. The buffet breakfast is somewhat limited: sausages/eggs, bread/croissants/mini crepes, jam/butter/Nutella, cold cuts: cheese and pepperoni, and fruit: kiwi and orange, orange juice and various coffees. As a curiosity, they only provide you with a small plate and a cup. Every day they provide the same breakfast As to keep in mind, they have an area to leave suitcases in case you want to go for a walk before going to the airport, the truth is that it was very good for us! Friendly staff, someone at the reception knows some Spanish. All in English/French
