Great location on South Pattaya Road, surrounded by local supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, and a wide range of amenities. Just a short walk from the beach and many of Pattaya’s main attractions.

Stayed at Boutique City Hotel Pattaya recently. The location is very convenient, close to Walking Street, beach road, and nearby attractions. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel environment is quite calm and not too crowded, which made the stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious and generally clean, with basic facilities suitable for a short stay. The rooftop pool is a nice addition for relaxing after a day out. However, the hotel feels a bit old and could use some maintenance. Some amenities are basic compared to a true 4-star standard. Overall, a good option for budget-friendly stays in a prime location with a peaceful atmosphere.

All the amenities are included in the hotel, and there are also local snacks available outside. It's only a five-minute walk from the pedestrian street, so I highly recommend staying here.

It is located in South Pattaya, easy to access to the walking street. I went there during Songkran Festival, it is excited and enjoyable. Overall the hotel is good though a bit old

The hotel is conveniently located near a market, making it easy to find food and drinks, and it’s also close to a shopping mall. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and I’m satisfied with my stay. It takes about 25 minutes to reach Pattaya Beach, but overall, it’s worth the price.

I really like the hotel i have been here for how many time.but the thing is they dont give me request upon booking...and the room from 745 has no hot water in the shower,hope they fix if..

Walking distance to attractions and the busiest hotspots. Plenty of parking available. The location and price are both excellent.

This hotel in Pattaya is quite large and popular with both local and international guests, and the service is excellent. If you turn right outside, you'll find a street food market, and it's also very close to Soi 6. Terminal 21 is just a short motorbike ride away, which is super convenient.

Overall good. Location good. A very old hotel needs a little maintenance.

A large, older hotel with great value for money. The room was very clean. The gym was okay, but had very few free weights. The rooftop pool was nice and clean. The location is excellent, within walking distance to a laundromat and the delicious food at Sophon Night Market.
