Crown Hotels in Perth

Had some visible dust on the bedside lamp in the middle which triggered my daughter's allergy, didnt need to use her epipen because other meds worked so we cleaned the lights with wetwipes and was ok after a couple of hours. We got confined to our room until she was ok so didnt get to enjoy the other amenities. The toiletries in the bathroom were open and not refilled but doesnt matter cause we didnt even need it. Other than these, it could have been a great time. The room was large and good view.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience at such great price;)  It was actually my birthday and our wedding anniversary get away. The staff was really friendly and professional. We have received a complimentary champagne in our room on arrival which was very lovely. The customer service was great and cleanliness of the room was high quality. We definitely recommend staying at Crown Promenade and will certainly be back in the future 🙏

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊
