The location is decent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the hygiene is a major concern. There was hair in several spots, and used disposable items like shower caps weren't replenished. When we switched rooms, the front desk told us the new room was ready and they'd move our luggage for us. But when we returned in the evening, our luggage was nowhere to be found. We eventually tracked it down ourselves in the luggage storage area.

The hotel is quite large with many rooms. Its location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the tram's free zone, and there's a convenience store right opposite, which is very handy. Standard check-in is at 3 PM, but you can pay for early check-in.

The hotel's hygiene is excellent, and the lobby is spacious and bright. There are plenty of elevators, so even during peak hours, you don't wait long. The rooms are also spacious with beautiful window views; one side should offer a clear view of the river connecting the North and South banks, perfect for watching New Year's fireworks. Housekeeping is arranged from the third day of your stay, and they do a thorough and clean job. Overall, I'm very satisfied, although the location is a bit far from the CBD and Melbourne's main attractions. However, once you cross to the North Bank, you're not far from the tram free zone, which makes up for it. 👍👍👍

The environment and facilities are excellent. We even received complimentary handmade chocolates upon check-in. As for the price, I managed to snag a 3-night consecutive stay package during a Ctrip promotion, which worked out to saving ¥1,000 per day! There's a large free parking lot, and it's about a 6-minute walk back to the hotel.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with Chinese, Western, and Indian options… truly something for everyone! 👍

On the other hand, what disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff. The male employee at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I arrived in Perth on a very early flight, so I went to the hotel to store my luggage before heading into the city to explore. When I asked him about transportation, he didn't offer any real help, just told me to look at the street signs. On the day of my check-out, the same male employee was on duty. My flight was at 8:30 AM, so I didn't have time for breakfast, even though my room rate included it. When I asked if there was a grab-and-go breakfast service, he simply replied: ”No.” As a tourist, I found his attitude quite cold and completely lacking in customer service. 👎

We enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

The Crown Tower in Sydney was an absolutely perfect experience! Unobstructed panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge perfectly framed. The high-altitude infinity pool was stunning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with top-notch facilities. The service was efficient and incredibly attentive. The dining was excellent and getting around was a breeze. It truly boasts the city's best viewpoints, offering an unparalleled sense of luxury. Without a doubt, it's Sydney's premier hotel – a definite must-book!
