Had a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip. The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight. He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries. The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay. The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

The only downside of the family room was having just one bathroom, which made getting ready for four people quite a long process. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and affected my sleep quality to some extent. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to attractions in the city center. Plus, there's a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel with a direct bus to Perth University.

The staff provided great service throughout our stay and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered great value. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Perth.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parmelia Hilton. The hotel was very clean, modern, and located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The heated pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff and reception team were incredibly welcoming and generous. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and they kindly surprised us with complimentary wine, which made our stay even more special. We also enjoyed dining at Samuel’s Restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and healthy options, and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend the Parmelia Hilton and look forward to staying again.

The service was consistently attentive and professional, and any requests were handled quickly — definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the area. Nothing to complain about in this regard. Cleanliness was good, but when it comes to facilities and comfort, it’s clear that the rooms are in need of renovation. Some furniture and fittings feel dated, which slightly affects the overall impression. Comfort is therefore more on an average level. The value for money is fair, especially considering the great service and prime location. However, with renovated rooms, the hotel could significantly improve its overall quality. Conclusion: Recommended for its service and location, with room for improvement in terms of room condition and comfort.

Excellent hotel at excellent location for excellent price. I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there. Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area. King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station. Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes. The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬

We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people.

It's in the heart of the city, so it's very accessible. The bathroom is clean and overall it's quiet. The kitchen is in the basement, so you can't hear much noise. Sometimes you can only hear noise from the street at night. I recommend staying here for a trip, but it's a little expensive.

The owner is nice. It’s more like a share-house, well arrangements with public areas. Not crowded, it’s clean and comfortable. People there are friendly like friends. Suitable for short and long stays.
