Had a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip. The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight. He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries. The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay. The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

This was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in a bustling area of Perth. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay. While there are some homeless people in the vicinity, the hotel maintains good security. After 9 PM, you need your room key to access both the lobby and the elevators.

The hotel location is very convenient for public transport, the room is toilet is spacious, the room bed is very comfortable, I don’t want to leave the bed everyday. The views from the room is great as well, the dining hall view is the best facing the street. There is a Japanese restaurant just besides the hotel which satisfy my craving for rice as the rice I eat before that all seem like glutinous rice which I don’t really like. Convenient store is also just few steps away, easy to purchase snacks that you need. The hotel curtain is very good in blocking the sun as well, back hotel for a noon nap and wake up finding so dark thought is already sunset, but it’s just the curtain working well! The staff are helpful as well, told them don’t disturb me at all during my stay with all the room cleaning or maintenance and they really let me have my peacefulness! Totally love it, will be back here if i’m back to perth!

We had a wonderful stay at the Parmelia Hilton. The hotel was very clean, modern, and located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The heated pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff and reception team were incredibly welcoming and generous. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and they kindly surprised us with complimentary wine, which made our stay even more special. We also enjoyed dining at Samuel’s Restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and healthy options, and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend the Parmelia Hilton and look forward to staying again.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Like the combination of the colour they mix and match the whole property from inside to outside. The rooms is clean, bedding is comfortable and view of the hotel also nice especially at sunrise and sunset time. The lounge area is comfortable as well. But the space on the room and bathroom is small. Good for light traveller, for those with big luggage is difficult. Only 1 big luggage can open at 1 time. But the price is very affordable for hotel at near city area.

A superb hotel. Excellent service and wonderful happy and professional staff. The room was as good as the photos and so comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and with plenty of variety. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people.

It's in the heart of the city, so it's very accessible. The bathroom is clean and overall it's quiet. The kitchen is in the basement, so you can't hear much noise. Sometimes you can only hear noise from the street at night. I recommend staying here for a trip, but it's a little expensive.

The owner is nice. It’s more like a share-house, well arrangements with public areas. Not crowded, it’s clean and comfortable. People there are friendly like friends. Suitable for short and long stays.
