I was extremely happy with my choice to stay at Lavanya Boutique Hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a few blocks walk to the restaurants and bars of the riverfront area, yet far enough away to avoid being in the loud and busy area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered a made-to-order daily breakfast with my rate.

The location was good and overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately the Internet is super slow and there was construction in the building next door that made sleeping difficult.

The building is old and worn, but the rooms are clean.
"Psatmai" is a 1-2 minute walk away.
There are French-style buildings around the hotel.
There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is at the level of a bathhouse.

This time I went to Cambodia with my family and stayed at Lavaya Boutique Hotel for the first few days. The hotel is very close to the Central Market. The surrounding environment is average but the advantage is that it is close to the market. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, but the hotel facilities are very average. The rooftop swimming pool is not much bigger than the jacuzzi, and the air conditioner in our room was too noisy, but the hotel staff was very responsive to requests.
