We like the place and we’ll be back again! It’s a very clean, simple newly built boutique hotel with all the amenities we needed. We loved that our room (305) has direct pool access (like a lot of the rooms). It was very well placed and very convenient. Food was great with reasonable pricing. However, the restaurant (small but very well enough for us) closes at 5pm (which we only found out later). The staff and workers are very friendly. Maybe it’s a fluke, but it took us about 25 minutes to have our (simple food) order. The bathroom got clogged when taking a shower. But we managed since our schedule was very hectic. It's a clean and ok room. But: - Too hot on the small balcony because of the AC. - Chech-in lady. First, she wanted to add 3% (I know that some hotels charge 3% and do not mind or pay in cash, IF there is a warning BEFORE booking, but here there was no warning), then she called her boss and he agreed to waive it. Second, I asked a room on a higher floor, and she gave on the 2nd. While a bit later it turned out there were several rooms on each floor available. - Cockroach in a room.

Hotel is comfortable, we were settled before 14:00. Location convenient-near-the building is a shopping center with all the necessary goods-and products, and dishes, and clothing, restaurants of different calibres. Also near 7/11, convenient little shop. The staff was polite and smiled, and the reception was friendly to me on all issues. Our breakfast with my husband-sweet fried eggs and delicious sausages, roasted toast with jam , fresh arbuz and pineapple Baby I didn't feed there) I didn't have enough qualified whipped waterless cashes cooked with crooked eggs. He only had toasts with jam There was one minus- separately standing from the building pool. I will explain why minus- there came a crowd of schoolchildren, man 7, bathed straight in t-shirts and shorts. Then a couple of hours later, they collected things and left, well, not quite healthy. The hotel is value for money. It is nearby the beach . The room is clean. However, it is quite far from city center. The problem I got is on the check in date the hotel provided the duplicated room with another guest. However, the front office staff took immediate action to find the new room for me. Overall is good.

it had everything it had a mini cinema a kids playroom a yoga room and two restraunts and a ps5 with a nice pool and massage and the rooms were very spacios and it had a football club and ladies night wich makes it a amazing hotel and it is a eco freindly hotel

Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

All the staff are nice and trying to help. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast is good with different varieties of foods including bottless champagne, their Thai tea is excellent, other than the foods from the buffet, you can also pick the foods and drinks from the menu on the table. Buggy is available to bring you around in the hotel. We are surprised to have bike rent for free if you would love to. There’s one area is renovating and won’t be affected, they are managing well. However, flies and mosquitoes are all around in the hotel, we have to put on the repellent. Some electric repellent machines are provided from the hotel too. Golf facilities are also provided in the hotel. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel.
