房間位置極好，房間就是日出觀景台。前台服務很好，交通很便利，公交車直接停酒店門口。感覺不租車也方便的。

衞生間淋浴房居然沒有門洗澡水都到外面了，閣樓上的一個燈壞了也不維修。入住二天沒有保潔員來換床單等，前台服務態度也一般。訂房間時候有水果贈送的需要提醒才給。游泳池不能使用，問了説設備壞了。1900多的房價和380/天的民宿差別不大，性價比非常低的酒店，真心不建議入住。

環境不錯，服務太差。在一樓大堂衞生間拌了一腳 ，才發現有個台階，台階顏色和地面一模一樣。找到員工反饋應該要貼個標識分辨一下。不料，酒店員工扭頭就走了😂

背後就是山頂，離大草坪看日出什麼的都很方便，早上五點過點起來慢悠悠上山。早餐就是配好的套餐。所謂的花園就是一個荒蕪的的後院，其實打理一下應該蠻不錯。晚上遇到放電影，體驗感不錯。

定的是獨棟，房間設施黴味比較重，牙刷，毛巾，衞生紙等衞生用品發黴，衞生間牆面有塊瓷磚搖搖欲墜。空調出風口漏水，所在牆面發黴。門口休閑區兩邊的灌木叢中有很多垃圾袋，泡麪桶等垃圾。門口的燈泡壞了，工作人員表示無法維修，就這樣了。門前的太陽能指示燈也都壞的七七八八的。
酒店服務意識很差，問前台小姑娘島上公交車大概幾點有班車，回覆説不知道，你打調度電話問一下。再問調度電話是多少，回覆説百度查一下。真是夠可以的！
另外，訂酒店時候頁面顯示送水果。結果到店以後，説這個是前任經理搞的活動，現在換經理了，這個活動沒了！沒了你在活動頁面上標這個幹嘛！

這麼垃圾的服務和年久失修房間，整個民宿給人的感覺是早就關門大吉了，但裏面居然還有人影，就是這種感覺。就這樣的酒店居然敢收1900多。南麂島真是一個大坑。
