A little out of the way, but room had all the things needed for a good stay. Only thing to take note of was that you have to bring your clothes out to the shared walkway to iron if needed!

Clean room and toilets. Quite spacious and comfortable place to stay in. Tv good, air con good. There’s even a safe that you can use. Only toilet paper quite rough and the latch of door is broken. Overall good. Friendly staff too. Thank you!

Location and eatery are convenient. Room design is modern but toilet is inappropriate with the glass wall designed as a family room, except for some wear and tear and a cockroach to welcome us. Overall good stay experience and we even planned for next trip with Kyoto before we check out, until we met 10 Nov morning shift receptionist with attitude issue, and check out process is slow. Frontline service crew is important, what a "good" start for my day while seeing the black face during check out.

Vanity top is dirty, leaking tap and slippery floor. Bedsheets are torn and dirty and the phone is on the floor with no bedside table. There are ants on the table too. Location is ok but the sound proofing is lacking, can hear vehicles from the main road.
