Chambre rénovée et propre dans une ancienne maison de maître. Idéalement situé en centre-ville, cet hébergement propose un parking à 7 €/jour. Accueil chaleureux par la responsable.
A signaler toutefois : bruit des canalisations d'eau et lit peu confortable.

Séjour très agréable car accueil très agréable par une personne agréable et sympathique et très dévouée aux petits soins pour satisfaire ses clients.
Seul petit hic le parking de l'hôtel à payer en supplément et non indiqué sur le site.

Tout à fait correct si on ne fait qu'y dormir.
L'hôtel est "dans son jus". Notre chambre quadruple était très spacieuse, pratique pour les valises et le lit du bébé, nous avons bien dormi globalement, par contre la salle de bain était complètement vétuste. Mais fonctionnelle cependant. Le petit déjeuner était correct, et le personnel très sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. En somme, c'est une bonne option pas chère à condition de ne pas être trop exigeant sur le confort moderne.

pas d'insonorisation de la chambre
très petit ascenseur 1 personne avec 1 valise mais c'est tout
facturation du parking de l'hôtel de 7 € pour la nuit alors que le prix affiché dans la chambre est de 6 €
par contre la localisation au centre de Poitiers est top

Personnel de ménage toquant à la porte avant 11h pr nous indiquer de partir à 11h alors que nous le savions. Pas très agréable et assez intrusif.
Pas d’indication du parking de l’hôtel en amont donc nous avons dû payer un parking payant.

Les chambres ne sont loin d’être toutes refaites
La chambre était propre, salle de bain vétuste, abîmée, moisissure et toile d’araignée. Eau chaude , 10 min pour arriver et elle est restée tiède.
Bruyant la nuit car mauvaise isolation .
