Excellent hot, free breakfasts. Soft bedding/comfortable mattress. Great location for exploring Nob Hill (NW Portland). Will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around, including fast food Thai and Korean restaurants. In a Korean restaurant, I actually had spicy hotpot and Malatang! The room is a bit small compared to other hotels of the same brand. Hotel deposit is $25.
