Room was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom. There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door. Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel. No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature. Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum. Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold. Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

Has been enjoying our stay, nice and clean hotel with complimentary drinks and great breakfast, the location is a bit far from the old town but other than that everything has been great.

It's a little far from the old town, but there is a supermarket nearby and it's only a few minutes walk from the tram station! The breakfast buffet was delicious! If I go to Prague again, I'd like to stay at this hotel.

For the fact that we had reserved a superior room, it was too small and cramped, and even the completely useless column in the room did not sell it.. The view to nowhere ..

Clean and nice hotel However, the restaurant where you eat breakfast in 30 degree hot weather It was too hot. I would like the air conditioner to be turned on during breakfast.

The room is OK but it is too noisy because it is next to the road. The internet is so bad that it is almost unusable. The breakfast is OK.

The location is a bit remote and not very convenient. The facilities are good and the service is very good.

We've spent 2 days of our 2024 EU tour in this hotel. We had a great time here, the staff were kind and helpful, especially the receptionist Daniela, she gave us maps and made our trip much easier (if you're reading this, thank you again!) The room was pretty nice too, it had a classy feelint to it and was cleaned pretty well. We booked with breakfast included which did not dissapoint. : ) Overall, it's a classy and well suited place, close (20 minutes of walk) to the city centre with amazing staff. I recommend it to any couple traveling the continent or even for a weekend trip.

We were accommodated in the second building of the hotel, where is no air conditioning, in August last week was very warm outside and when we were coming back to the room, it was like a sauna inside. The breakfast instead was excellent. I would come again, but this time, making sure that I can get one of the rooms with air con, specially on a summer visit.

Good location,just 3 stations from the city center, quit surrounding so that you can sleep well. Comfortable rooms and bathroom,cleaned every day. Fine breakfast,with a good variaty of everything. Good coffee. Parking space. Polite staff at the reception. Some negative,but small items is the high price of the parking space. Shower should have more space,OK for a woman,but man need more space.

Very well operated hotel, checking in and out was very easy and there was bag storage for suitcases etc on the last day of our trip to avoid carrying those around before heading to airport. We had breakfast included which was all you can eat style and had a very good selection including cooked options, cereal, cold meats, fruit, toast etc. Will be using same hotel again when we travel down again next year, thanks for the enjoyable stay.

The hotel is okay ish. The room was very small and the bathroom is so small it is not possible to be two people in there at the same time. The bath so small its hard to turn around in there. The room was not very clean, it had a lot of dust in the corners, the closet and around the tv. The room and furniture is quite old and worn down. The floor in the room had a big dent due to som old water damage which made it "bubbly" to walk on and the floor (and bed) was so slippery that the bed moved a few centimeters just by turning around in the bed. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan, which didn't work very well. It made a hell of a noise without really moving any air, so to cool the room you had to sleep with the window open, but the hotel is just next to a street with trams which is quite noisy. So all in all we had a couple of sleepless nights. At the transport to the hotel we had some delays, so we tried to mail and call the hotel, but couldn't come in contact with the hotel. The breakfast was nice and with good service in the restaurant. In conclusion I would not recommend or come back.

Daniela was an absolute delight when we arrived. Everyone help es us when needed. The breakfast is enough. The location was great, really connected to the rest of the City, nice street. Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend it to everyone.

Amazing amenities and great service by Daniela. Super useful information and always greeting us with a smile. The room was very clean and super comfortable. The location is also very accessible and easy to go to the center. There are also many nice places around to visit and have a drink/lunch.
