I like this hotel very much. It has a strong sense of design. The hotel also provides afternoon tea desserts. The breakfast is very high-end and the presentation is also very artistic. The location is in the city center, which is very convenient. I must stay here again next time.

Because it is in the old city, the corridors and rooms are relatively small. But a heinous thing happened during the stay.
At 2 a.m., my wife and I were rang the doorbell! We were broken into before we could react! We were shocked in our sleep!
I thought of a lot of kidnapping and other horrible things. Later, I called the front desk and they just said lightly, "Oh, we know, it's just that the room service sent it wrong." The next day, they even sent a bottle of wine hypocritically, but it couldn't make up for our sleep at all.
In summary, avoid staying at Andaz. As a sub-brand of Hyatt, it may have some advantages of big brands in decoration and design, but it is still very poor in the warmth and details of service!

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design.
Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels)
Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

The hotel has been open roughly a year and a half and has done everything right. We had a great 4-night stay, the hotel is ideally located in the best part of the city, and the staff was great. Look forward to your next booking there. I am.

My stay at Andaz Prague exceeded my expectations! The facilities were immaculate. The staff was personable and helpful. The dining options were delicious. The location was perfectly convenient. I wanted to give an extended thanks to the staff and management who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely return and stay here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
