Great clean hotel. I got back early hours and wa slept in almost straight away so didn't have to keep ringing the bell.

Everything was really nice, place was clean and most of all the customer service was amazing!

Good location,very quite, clean room, the breakfast taste good,close to railway station.

Excellent hotel in ideal location close to the University. The rooms were of a good standard with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was excellent in all parts of the hotel, Staff were welcoming. Good choice of food at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

It was okay. Sink leaked a lot as well as the shower. Shower made a horrible screeching noise non stop. The hotel room was quite warm and whenever you opened the window the noise from the street was quite loud too. Other than that it was fine.

Very clean, room cosy and spacious, friendly staff, honestly I can’t fault it. I checked out early so I didn’t have any breakfast but I had a lovely stay. I definitely recommend it and will be back!

The space, lighting, sanitation, and facilities of the room are relatively good. The bed is a little smaller. The worst thing is that the exhaust fan outside Room 405 is very loud, which seriously affects rest. The machine is turned off at 11 o'clock in the evening

Order number: ***********, when I book a hotel room, I must have free parking, but I received a parking ticket of £100, the hotel has nothing to do with them, the hotel asked us to pay the fee, the black shop is the black shop

Clean hotel, friendly staff

We stayed for just one night on our return from Manchester Airport. We requested a top floor room and away from the lift. Request was met. The rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfy. This is more 3 star plus than 3 star. The breakfast is great with a great selection even for Vegans, vegetarians. We ate at the restaurant late on. I ordered the vegan chilli. Very nice but expensive and quite a small portion. My partner ordered club sandwiche. Much bigger portion than mine and a lot cheaper. The staff are very friendly and the bar prices are reasonable. My only downside was a noisy buzzing sound( maybe air con unit outside) it went on for hours. Annoying but with earplugs it didn't bother me too much. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back.

Stopped here overnight on the way back from Scotland. Is located near some of the university buildings and student accommodation so ideal if visiting someone studying there. Also near the shopping centre/high street Good selection for evening meal and breakfast. Room was clean and comfy and I slept well
