Hotel appeared beautiful. Then you get to your room which are in need of renovations. Why I gave a 1 in cleanliness was the ceilings had what appeared to be mold, and so did the bed sheets. There was no hot water and the fully stock bar was anything but full. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

En general el hotel no fue la gran cosa, nos entregaron tarde la habitación, y la comida muy insípida, el gym con lo básico pero gran ayuda del entrenador fernando, el sushi bar me encanto, al igual que el salón de juegos con fernando, muy divertido, de igual manera del kamp krystal con la señorita sarid, muy atenta y amable con mis hijos, las actividades en la alberca aburridas pero me gusto la clase de cocina, el bar lo cierran muy temprano y no es la mejor atención, me la pensaría en regresar

Fue un viaje familiar en cual aprovechamos para hospedarnos en el krystal grand y este nos dio todo lo que buscábamos, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, todo el personal muy atento, los animadores tratando de divertir a todos, incluso es un gran lugar para los más pequeños ya que cuenta con kids club el cual lo atiende sarid y les brindó una gran atención. Me regreso con un gran sabor de boca y es muy seguro que volveré

This resort was really awesome but the trip was made extra special thanks to Lorena and Karen at the Owest bar. This duo was perfection every single day and made the stay that much better!!! Def check them out and get the Aperol Spritz’s (come for sunset)

Me hospedé durante 5 días y fue una experiencia muy agradable, también a mi hijo le gustó mucho pasar tiempo en kids club las actividades con sarid son muy agradables y el área muy limpia, la sala de juegos también muy agradable, sin duda volvería a hospedarme

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We arrived yesterday it's hasn't even been 24 hours and it's hell. If you're booked here do everything to can to change it. Rooms are not as pictured. No towels, no water pressure no chairs anywhere to sit on the beach or by the pool. Everyone us left stranded and frankly pissed off. No will help you we have spoken to everyone and westjet and we have gotten no where. When we arrived it took forever to check in then we were taken aside and tried to be talked into what I believe is a time share. You won't catch us back here ever let alone talk us into a time share. There are locals everywhere which is fine but seems that they can get whatever they like. The one elevator doesn't work so 1 elevator for the whole place. The broken one looked rather scary I should've taken a photo the door stripping was coming apart from it definitely not safe. Do everything you can to NOT stay here I wouldn't even recommend coming to this part of Mexico at all. Once they have your money they honestly could care less about you and your stay. Will NEVER return

Viaje con mi familia por navidad y la pasamos increíble. Muchas actividades divertidas por parte del equipo de animación y Excelente atención por parte de Sarid en el kids club, mis hijos quedaron encantados. Definitivamente volvería 🙏

Disfrute mucho la visita a este hotel, un servicio y una atencion increible por parte de todo el personal y resaltar la increible atencion y trato por parte del equipo de entretenimiento, y la chica de kids club Sarid muy linda y atenta con los niños, mis hijos se divirtieron mucho con ella, recomiendo mucho el hotel y si tienen hijos cuenta con un espacio donde se la pasaran muy bien con esa atencion.

The amazing small resort has a nice architecture. The pool and wbach next to each other and next to buffet quick pool drinks service. Diners at hacienda (adults only) we went with kids. International food was memorable ribs and portobelo mushroom.
