A informação de que há estacionamento disponível está logo no início, mas a de que o estacionamento tem custo adicional está muito abaixo em letras miúdas. Além disso, o estacionamento é horrível e contam com espaço atendido por valet próximo. O pior é que, pela manhã, ao deixar o hotel, tive a impressão de que a quilometragem estava 6,5 Km maior que a de entrega do carro à noite, não reclamei por não ter fotografado na noite anterior.
Outro ponto negativo é quanto à manutenção das instalações, muito antigas, que já deixam a desejar e interferem no conforto. Visivelmente, os funcionários se desdobram para manter as condições de habitabilidade e atender as constantes reclamações dos hóspedes.
O hotel atende pela localização, tem bom café, funcionários dedicados e estrutura de serviços razoável pelo valor cobrado.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, it's a shame that the fruit juices are artificial with so much natural fruit in the state.

The hotel structure is very precarious, the air conditioning doesn't work, the room smells of old things, there were no floor cloths, they did a cleaning during our stay that didn't even seem like cleaning, they left the floor wet, the toilet unwashed. I thought it was very weak for being a large hotel chain.
