Third time of visiting this hotel and as always it was perfect food was a fantastic quality the new extended wine list is highly impressive and the staff really go over and above so friendly and helpful special thanks to Kelly and Abdul we will be back

Stayed in Tolkien suite Dec1. 34th Wedding Anniversary. Dinner bed and breakfast. The public areas of the hotel were maintained to a high standard, as was our suite. Tolkien suite was lovely. The view was perfect. Lovely touch of a large christmas tree as you enter. Fantastic dinner. All staff were friendly. 3 stars only as to get to the spa is a real trek through 2 car parks and a delivery area to the detached spa building next door to hotel. It had the feel of a separate plot. We were watching guests in white dressing gowns wandering around the cars in one of the car parks on our arrival for our stay. Looked very odd! We didnt bother using the spa because of this. Shame as the stay was extremely expensive.

Gorgeous place. Stunning views and beautiful Christmas decorations. We visited for the Christmas afternoon tea. The manager (I think his name was Abdul) was very friendly, kind and attentive, all the staff were lovely and our family had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superb with tremendous well kept grounds. Sitting on the terrace in the evening looking out over the grounds and across to Redhill air field is so relaxing. Spa facilities really good though slightly longer swim times for children would be welcomed. Food and bar services top notch with all staff totally customer focused. Terrific weekend break to recharge the batteries!

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful weekend at the Nutfield Priory! Our room was really comfortable, with all the great amenities as well as lovely comfy beds. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious too. I would like to make a special note of how amazing all the staff were. From the manager at reception to the staff at breakfast, everyone was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!!

Doenst worth it
We stayed for a night as our flight delayed. We checked in around 8 pm, the lady working there was not happy and helpful at all. Pointing me to the exit door in the car park to get to my room! When I asked we have two heavy luggages, she still insists that’s the shortest way to get to our room. We paid £400 for a night! The breakfast is minimum; the buffet was empty and they had short of staff! It’s a shame because the building has some characters and beautiful garden!

Hotel, restaurant and gym staff were friendly and efficient.
The hotel does not seem to be very eco-friendly though.
