Staff at front desk were very helpful and understanding. Only complaint is the maintenance man came to our door and was very rude to my wife and was asking questions that I believe is none of his business and not his job to come to our door .

Very run down property. Supposedly a non-smoking room, but it smelled of stale tobacco and there were burn marks on the bathroom vanity.

Miss Rozlyn at the front desk is very dynamic and the property is very clean. Although it's not a traditional hotel - no room service or normal maid service - you can go to the front desk when someone is there from the staff and they will do their best to get you what you need as a guest. Also the gentleman who works on the weekends keeps the interior of the property very clean!
downside - the outside courtyard area is unkempt. there is trash in front of the balconys of the guest rooms. the pool is unusable, locked, green with algae, and a breeding ground for mosquitoes - it should be drained and a landscaper brought in once a week to maintain the interior grounds.
bonus: there are barbeque grills in the parking lot and guests seem to congregate there on weekends in summer. Fun and festive!!

They chk'd me into a riom that had not been cleaned. Had ti return ti the desk to get another key.
