Very nice comfortable hotel
Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning!
Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

Excellent accueil. Hôtel vieillissant toutefois. Odeurs d'égouts le matin dans les salles de bain.
Le dimanche soir: passez votre route! TOUT est fermé !!! Aucun restaurant. Rien pour dîner. Même le resto de l'hôtel est fermé ! Hallucinant.

Rien à redire sur la chambre: très grande et literie excellente.
Seul bémol nous avons très probablement oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. Cela nous a conduit à rappeler l’hôtel après notre départ.
Toutefois nous avons eu le sentiment que notre demande n’avait pas été prise en considération. Compte tenu de la durée courte de l’appel aucune recherche n’a pu être correctement effectuée.

Déçue
Pas de chauffage dans ma première chambre que j ai refusée pour aller dans une deuxième ou la nuit fut vraiment mauvaise a cause de bruit de coups derrière ma tête de lit alors que j étais dans la dernière chambre du couloir donc logiquement pas de chambre derrière ...
Moquette hors d âge tachée comme souvent dans les mercure, peinture un peu rafistolage
Bref je ne reviendrai pas même si le personnel est agréable.

Mais :
Ascenseurs horribles.
Celui de gauche avec un tapis qui pue l enfer. La moquette vielle usée et sale.
Je l ai notifié à la réception.
Je ne comprends pas dans un hôtel aussi joli. Laisser traîner cela.
