It was not a very smooth check in initially. Was locked out of the room on one of the nights when returned back to the apartment. Had to call the unlock. Though the response was fast, still it should not happen in the first place.

I did not receive any check-in information beforehand so I had to call to get the code for my room, but they did answer very fast so it was not a big deal. The location is quite good and room was clean as well.

Good reply speed even no front desk service.

The room was very old, had no air conditioning, the sheets were dirty, and there was no service staff. It was like a small hotel that cost only a few dozen bucks.

Apartment is located close to the city center, about ten minutes' walk. Before check-in, you will be sent an SMS and email with a password about your check-in at about 3 pm. The overall facilities are complete, including a frying pan, cups, dishes, knives and forks, a vacuum cleaner and an electric iron. Definitely the first choice for long term stay

These apartments were very clean and had everything you needed. It was very close to a pizza place outside and only less than 5 minute walk to the centre of Rovaniemi. Lots of restaurants and malls nearby. It had a sauna but we never got a chance to use it. Lots of room and space!

I cannot fault the communications beforehand (high floor request met) the cleanliness and facilities of apartment 68 for our 4 night stay were brilliant as too the location. My choosing an apartment over a hotel was for the additional comforts. As a 2 guest apartment I have suggested 2 comfortable chairs or small sofa be provided as I personally do not enjoy lounging on a bed, but neither spending 4 nights on a dining chair! Sadly our discomfort did not end there as we were cold the entire time. The heating was on max and the bathroom was warm but not the living area. Contacting customer services I was told the overall heating was based on the outside temperature ( it was -19 ) and over 24hrs later a heater arrived which was totally inadequate, kept cutting out and having been warned not to leave it on whilst we slept I did not consider it safe. As we had returned late and were departing the next day we discarded it and ended up going to bed. I have seen other reviews where this has been an issue and would of considered it a relative easy fix. The exceedingly good review I could of given has been literally left out in the cold!!

Best one. Better than hotel. Clean and well maintained. Warm and cozy. Well equipped. Provide cleaning service as well. Highly recommended. Perfect for a couple. No hassle for check-in. Washroom is also neat.

central, close to shops, tourist agencies, transport, clean, but bedding specific to Nordic countries, that is to say bed base much too soft with very small mattress thickness so watch out for back pain the next morning. There are missing dishes for the microwave, nothing to cook or reheat, just 2 small stainless steel casserole dishes and a frying pan The access code arrived at 4 p.m. on the email but only 2 days later on the cell phone Attention airport bus to leave n 'never came by and we had to take a taxi to arrive just 50 minutes before the departure of the flight

We spent New Year's Eve there. A very comfortable hotel with a good location. No staff. You check in via the Internet and you have to enter the code they send you to get in. The room is complete and everything is clean and works well. 100% recommendable.
