Primeiro me colocaram em um quarto que era puro mofo e porta com defeito e que não tinha outro para fazer a troca. Entrei em contato com e Rede e apareceu uma troca na hora graças a Deus.

Muita desorganização. Vi muitos hóspedes lá tendo suas reservas canceladas na hora. Demora de atender. Café da manhã razoável. Elevador estava quebrado no dia. E a chave do seu quarto abre qualquer quarto pq acabei abrindo um quarto errado sem querer.
Enfim, eu só fui por causa do preço. Tive desapontamentos na primeira vez, dei uma segunda chance e me arrependi de novo. O barato sai caro.

Essa rede hotel Andrade é horrivel, segundo hotel dessa rede que fico hospedado e pela segunda vez pior experiência que tive. O padrão é o mesmo, péssimo atendimento, colchão horrível, café da manhã horrível e suporte zero!

Prefiro não comentar muito. Por exemplo: eu não sabia se a toalha era pano de chão ou se o pano de chão era a toalha. Cama e lençóis péssimos. Acomodação péssima. Café da manhã razoável. Chuveiro elétrico dando choque. Se a vigilância sanitária fiscalizar irá ser fechado. O barato que saiu caro. As fotos dos quartos são de outros hotéis mais novos da rede (propaganda enganosa). A piscina é um tanquinho. Se um amigo da favela me chamasse para hospedar na casa dele seria muito melhor e eu iria com o maior prazer. Não serve nem para dormir. Funcionários ótimos e fazem o que podem para o hotel não falir.

Hotel péssimo o pior que já fiquei na minha vida, os travesseiros estavam morfados, nos colocaram em um quarto no subsolo onde a cabeceira estava escorada ja quase caindo, as toalhas sujas e rasgadas, funcionários mal educados, café da manhã com poucas opções, além de ser um hotel super barulhento tinham pessoas gritando até 4hs da manhã, a parte de cima do meu quarto as pessoas ficaram pisando e fazendo barulho a noite toda, literalmente não conseguir dormir, o controle da televisão estava quebrado, não recomendo a ninguem esse hotel lixo
