Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

My husband and I visited the Sol Costa Atlantis Hotel for a week in April 2024. We were very much looking forward to our stay at this particular hotel as having viewed it online, we thought it looked rather nice. Our arrival at the hotel was quite late due to having experienced a flight delay therefore, we were feeling quite tired, however, we found that the reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly, they just went through the process of getting us checked in, there was no ‘Welcome to our hotel, have you stayed with us before’, nothing of that nature, no welcome drink was offered. Once checked in, we went to our room which considering it was a 4* hotel, we were surprised at how basic the room was. We unpacked and tried to open the Safe to store our valuables. We were unable to open it so being tired, we decided to deal with everything the following morning. We were booked on a half board basis so, we got up the next morning to go for breakfast and both said how incredibly warm the room was and, because of the room temperature neither of us had slept well. We checked the air conditioning but were unable to deal with whatever the issue was. We then went for breakfast which, unfortunately, wasn’t great. We absolutely appreciate that with buffet food, due to it sitting, it can get cold quickly but, having said that, there were a lot of people staying at the hotel if the dining room was anything to go by which meant that the turnover of food from the buffet was quick so, I wouldn’t have expected the food to be as as cold as it was. Also, the toasters which were in the dining room, there just wasn’t enough of them and then, to make matters worse, when you put a slice of bread through the toaster you had to repeat the process 2 to 3 times as the bread wasn’t toasting!! Then we had the coffee machines of which you had to queue for a considerable length of time to get a coffee as again, for the amount of people, there weren’t enough coffee machines. After breakfast we went to reception to report the air conditioning issue. The chap with whom we spoke said he would get a maintenance person to fix whatever the issue was. We informed him we were out for the day so the technician could go into our room at any stage. We also asked about the Safe in our room to which the chap on reception advised that we would have to pay to use the safe. I was appalled to hear this saying to him ‘That’s daft, surely if there’s a safe in the room, it forms part of the room, it’s a bit like saying, there’s a wardrobe but you can’t hang your clothes in it until you pay to use it’. My view is if you’ve paid for a room, then you should have access to everything in that room especially the safe as it doesn’t cost the hotel any extra to allow guests access to the safe in their room!! After our day out, we came back to our room only to find that the air conditioning hadn’t been fixed much to our disappoin**ent and to make matters worse, when we reported it

Very decent hotel, deserves 5 stars considering the price-quality ratio. The hotel is clean and modern, with two large pools on the roof, plenty of sunbeds, a bar, shower, and toilet. Unfortunately, the rooftop is only open until 6 PM. The rooms are pleasant, featuring glass-walled bathrooms, balconies with chairs and a table. The downside was the single beds (they tend to separate), but the room is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed. Excellent base for exploring, 4 minutes to the bus terminal (buses are not heard), and a few minutes to the beach. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. On the downside, there is an absolute lack of parking spaces (as on the whole of Tenerife, though). Breakfasts are decent but monotonous, although you can organize them in such a way that during a 5-7 day stay, you can eat something different every day. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I return to Puerto, I will definitely aim for this hotel again.

The restaurant has been renamed and revamped. The gym is brilliant and the air conditioning was very welcome by the end of my workout. The wicker furniture on the Ocean Breeze Terrace needs replacing but does not detract from the overall experience. Some of the entertainment on the Ocean Breeze leaves a lot to be desired as mentioned by a lot of our family and friends. The gardens were the perfect place to hold our Vow Renewal Ceremony and the staff were utterly brilliant, friendly and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our Vow Renewal or a better holiday. Many of our guests were crying when they had to go home. The pool is inviting and the pool activities were great to watch and take part in.

I have visited some 5 star hotels on the island and honestly there is no other like it. As soon as we entered the luxurious hotel, we received very good treatment from the receptionists. It has a beautiful infinity pool and incredible decoration. When I entered my villa, with a private pool, I was impressed by how good it smelled, how clean and well-kept every corner was. The villa is very spacious, they told me it was 140m2; with a fully equipped kitchen. A very good fridge, a very complete minibar… The furniture in the villa is fabulous. I was impressed, shocked… Coming to this hotel has been a true dream come true! If I had to choose a favorite part… I would choose the room since it has a huge bed that surrounds you and makes you rest without limits. The living room area also has a television, with a good size that plays YouTube and more applications from your own mobile. What I found most striking about this accommodation is how they pamper every detail, making my last stay incredible and unforgettable! 100/10!!! There is no other like it!!!

Just returned home from this fantastic hotel second visit this year. From the minute you walk through the doors you are greeted with warmth and smiling faces. A drink of your choice and bellboy takes you to your gorgeous room. Upgraded to Star Prestige that we find is well worth the money. Isabella our butler does a fantastic job so a big shout out to her. Breakfast buffet is superb wide choice to suit all. Fantastic service once again. Paolo on reception is simply the best a great asset to the hotel. Carla in management there are not enough words to describe how fantastic a job she does. From the rooms to the restaurants, pool and bar area you will not find better. Can’t wait for next year.. We’ve just returned from seven days of heaven, what an amazing holiday we all had. My husband and I took our adult kids with us, aged 22, 19 and 18. Each one of us said it was the nicest hotel, most accommodating staff and fantastic food that we’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. When we checked in we were given a glass of champagne to welcome us, taken to our rooms, showed how all the gadgets in the room worked and felt very welcomed! We did all three al a carte restaurants and each one was fantastic, you really did feel that you were in a proper restaurant. But the food in the Central Market was lovely too! We were in a swim up room, which is sunny all morning but then goes into the shade. But it was welcomed as the sun can be deceivingly intense. Comfiest sun beds ever! Finally thank you to all the staff. They were all so friendly, professional and as I say just smile! Best smiles and teeth ever! Best holiday I’ve had in a long time - thank you to everyone there.

Having visited Hard Rock in Ibiza, I was disappointed in this hotel as the standard did not live up to expectations. It was my sisters 30th and the hotel did not want to accommodate us as a family party of 10! The service was extremely slow and the staff were rude. The adult only pool had been closed, with no prior warning, due to maintenance and the pool bars were closed. As much as I appreciate that it isn’t fully into the season yet, it has put me of visiting again or recommending to friends!
