Hotels Near Fenghuang Airport Railway Station in Sanya

The environment of the hotel is good, clean hygienic and cost effective. The owner of the hotel is very nice , friendly , helping and can speak basic English. He received me from the airport for free and he also provide free drop off service to the airport. I chose this because it is close to the airport and it’s very cost effective if we are arriving late night I think it’s best choice. There are some suggestions if they can work on that that would be better. 1. Cups in balcony table and sofa were bit dirty. 2. Air conditioner was bit noisy but it might night effect the sleep if too tired. I would definitely consider to book it again if I arrive late night in Sanya.

Close to airport. Not much open at holiday. Western restaurant has breakfast, Chinese menu limited and for large groups. Beer available, nice photos to take. Walking area and river good. Took more pictures of decorations because the theme is good, but amenities not as much. There is not entertainment and activities by the pool during holiday like it shows in the video, but overall it was a quiet place to stay before flying out of the city. Consolation fruit and shell bracelet from staff. Super quiet place, most families left hotel to do things.

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can even hire a scooter from them for the day. Sound insulation: The noise from the planes flying over head doesn't bother one. However, sound does carry if people talk loudly from other rooms and the reception area. The room is clean and has beautiful decor. Just something to note: The bathroom is an all in one (shower and toilet).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite it only being for one night. The hotel was actually split into two: the hotel building where you find the lobby, restaurants and various amenities, then the hotel room complex across the road - little villa type housing with individual hotel rooms and pretty outdoor pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, if a little dated in terms of room decor. Staff were as supportive and friendly as they could be. But the hotel’s amenities (mainly the gym) were worse than expected. When we asked hotel staff where the gym was, they happily directed us to it (a couple of floors up from the lobby, on a floor that looked like it was going through renovation). It was a small fitness room that was dirty, had non-functional machines (but no word from hotel staff or signage to say not to use the machines that we could see) and no AC. I tried turning on the treadmill, only to see it go from 0-20 with a second (thankfully I wasn’t standing on it!). Bit of a shame. One thing we loved about this hotel, and the room we stayed in was the close proximity to the beach. We could walk there within a minute!

This hotel has impressed me very much with the warmth and courtesy from everyone in the hotel，especially the front desk staffs Joy and 小蔡. I definitely will come back to this hotel in the future and recommend to anyone who is considering of booking . BTW the garden courtyard and the oversized swimming pool are so fantastic.

Booked a double bed room! The price is more than 100, which can be said to be very good! The flight to Sanya was delayed for two hours, and it was already midnight when we arrived. I contacted the airport for pick-up, and it seemed that we would arrive in about ten minutes. It’s really good! The room was very clean and the stay was quite comfortable. The lady boss was also very nice. She also said that you can get the best coconuts in Sanya for only ten yuan! If you want to live near the airport, you can choose Chongchongchong

Let's start with the highlights: 1. Check in and check out smootly 2. Room spacious and clean 3. Breakfast is good and even with full hotel, table available (thumbs up for the management) 4. Pool area very nice, plenty of chairs to use 5. Restaurants and room service are good, pity that for dinner, available choice of BBQ area was very limited (hot pot although is a very traditional thing for Chinese, could also have a kind of Liaoning style BBQ which is totally beach highlight in any part of the world) 6. Coffee shop/bar very good 7. Cleanness of the room spot on, well done (my negative points will not come from the job made by housekeeping but for the orders they have from management) Not pleasant points: 1. No replacement of coffee/milk powder on room (it's a very cheap thing, even 2 Star hotels do that, shame on IHG) 2. No changing sheets, which i can understand in a 2/3 Star hotels but not on ones you spend more than ¥ 1.300.00/night again in my view shame on IHG with the lame excuse of environment. 3. Disposable slippers not replaced in my 4 days stay (again, even a 2/3 star hotels do that without asking for, saving little bucks is kind of lame) 4. Overall the place is kind of old, although not yet rundown, the hotel could do some kind of enhancement of exterior appearance special from swimming pool view, could be painted or washed, repair the parts broken, eliminate the metal green box on roof (of course i didn't take picture, it's an eyesore), in summary, a little effort for appearance and keep fresh and kind of exclusive (which you expect from a hotel that call themselves a resort) Do i come back? Sanya for sure, this hotel, probably not, although the staff are great, i just don't like to be in a place that i have to ask things when i paid for the service already. I'm a ihg member but i didn't book through their app, but in trip (as i found better price than their own app, just UNBELIVABLE) :)

The family went out. The location of this homestay is very good. It is convenient to eat nearby. You can walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor by the sea. The children go to the beach to dig sand every day. The room is clean. Communicate with the housekeeper in advance to arrange for cleaning. The facilities are very complete and the cost performance is super high. After checking in, the housekeeper helped us take the luggage to the room. It was very considerate. I give it a hundred likes! Overall, it is highly recommended. I will stay here next time.

During our stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with the service provided by butler Xiao Zeng! Not only did he enthusiastically recommend local cuisine to us, but he also offered us many useful travel tips. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making our travels more convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I would like to start with disadvantages: 1. The pool was closed to renovation the whole time I stayed (9 days). As a compensation they gave me 100 RMB voucher for restaurant. So basically just one sandwich. 2. They forbid swimming in the sea. I choose this hotel exactly for the private beach. But why do I need beach if I cannot swim there. The baywatcher always yelled at me even if I went to the sea to the level of my hips. It was very disappointing. Now to the advantages: 1. The hotel gave me english-speaking manager Sanjita, very nice girl who helped me with any issues I had. I am very thankful to her. 2. The location is perfect for me, very far away from noisy and crowded places. The next bus stop is a beautiful park ”At the world's end”. Note that there are plenty of activities! So you can go back there regularly. 3. Cool breakfast with anything you can imagine. 4. The hotel provided me two gifts: one is a round trip to Duty Free Mall (NOTE: the prices are not duty free! There is a plenty of shops, but the prices are average or higher than in any other Mall). And the second one is a ”free photoshoot”, and yes, it is free if you choose only 5 photos. BUT! They retouch ALL of your photos. And suggest you to keep only 5 for free. Otherwise it's 80 RMB per photo. 5. The Meituan delivery is automated, you don't need to search for your delivery guy - they send you a code for the delivery locker and you pick up your delivery any time. 6. Very clean, very lovely room and inner territory. Very friendly stuff.
