之前在網上看到各色評價心裏還有些沒底，入住之後顧慮全打消了，超絕的東南亞度假風，一步一景原相機隨便拍拍就很出圈，來之前還擔心蚊蟲叮咬，可是住三天下來一個包都沒被咬，早餐種類很豐富，酒店打掃的超乾淨，工作人員都很熱情，在這裏要強烈感謝下管家Gaby小姐姐，入住前就聯繫我們有什麼需要，入住期間有問必答響應及時，還給我們送了好好吃的小甜點，超絕入住體驗感的很大一部分來自於貼心的Gaby！

三亞珊瑚灣文華東方酒店的服務真的沒得説，這次和家人還有朋友一起入住，管家Gaby很認真負責，並詢問了需不需要幫忙預約餐廳，入住期間有問題找她都可以及時得到回覆，下次回來還會找Gaby的。酒店風景十分漂亮，海景很美區內的綠植也很漂亮，所有工作人員都面帶笑容，來三亞的度假首選！

入住體驗非常的滿意，酒店的風格非常的好濃厚的度假感，服務也都特別的熱情，尤其是我的小管家Kiki熱情也非常的專業，下次一定會再來的，小朋友們玩的也非常開心，很推薦家庭過來度假，總之在這裏度過，非常開心。旅拍本來不抱希望，結果還挺滿意。
