三亞的第N次旅行，文華的美依舊，依舊是玻璃海，依舊是那麼美！這次體驗了海釣，三大一小享受了包船服務，天氣很好，早晚涼快，中午又能玩水，真是個完美的季節。特別感謝我的酒店管家Rita，及時幫忙解決各種問題，孩子有點身體不舒服，幫我們延時退房，人美心善！這次帶着爸媽和娃，晚餐沒體驗自助，但體驗了倚洋中餐廳，爸媽都覺得味道適口！總之非常推薦的酒店，下次還來！

這次入住體會到了為什麼説文華東方是三亞最優度假感的酒店。
1、房間：這次住在了海風閣，整體設施確實少了些智能化，但能感覺到房間的質感，重點是離海灘非常近，可以隨時去海邊散步或者回房間休息，這是在很多其他奢華酒店沒有的體驗。
2、環境：這就不用多説了，晴天的時候真的超級美，到處都是可以拍照出片的地方，走在酒店裡有種魔力可以完全忘記塵囂。另外浮潛也是超級棒，晴天一整個玻璃海，能見度很高，魚特別多。
3、服務：這裏要重點感謝管家小姐姐Rita，專業度很高熱心細緻，得知是情侶出遊，從入住就幫忙佈置房間，送了玫瑰和蛋糕，過程中也是有求必應，還給了很棒的紀念品。酒店的每一個工作人員也都禮貌熱情，會主動問候，每晚幫忙開夜床也感覺到特別的舒心。
其他的很多細節大概只有入住了才會體會到。綜合環境、風景、服務，文華東方應該是下次來三亞還會入住的選擇～

這次入住文華東方太滿意啦！必須誇誇管家 Gaby，人特別好，熱情周到，隨叫隨到，有啥需求都能很快幫忙解決。住在這裏就跟在家一樣舒服，全靠 Gaby！酒店環境非常漂亮，面朝大海，海水非常的清澈，很美，下次還來，也推薦給大家！

房間古樸裝修，功能劃分明確，住起來很舒服。酒店位置好，位於市中心的大東海區域，獨佔珊瑚灣一隅，私密性極強，一步一景，特別出片。酒店有多個泳池：室外恆温泳池，面對大海，視線極佳。另外還有一個室外園林景觀大泳池，佈置有躺床閣，滿滿度假感！早餐豐富，品種多，目不暇接！晚上有海鮮自助晚，特別精緻，面對落日，品嚐美食，別提有多愜意了！酒店服務好，有管家對接，入住的前一天就會接到酒店電話和管家微信推送，瞭解到店時間及需求，以提供個性化服務，入住當天還會贈送歡迎水果。特別表揚管家景冉KiKi，温馨細膩的關懷，讓人如同在家裡一樣。本來衹預訂了一晚，因為住着舒服，又續了兩晚，直到離店都是依依不捨的。酒店很大，對不想走路和方向感差的人來講，電瓶車隨叫隨到，很方便。房間供應的瓶裝飲用水，是大瓶的新西蘭原裝進口礦泉水，玻璃瓶裝的很精緻的那種，開始還以為是要收費的，不敢喝。問過管家之後才知道是免費的飲用水，這一點就比三亞所有的五星級店都要上一個檔次了，其他酒店供應的都是塑料瓶裝的國產飲用水。文華東方酒店一直保持着它的外觀低調，實則華麗的高檔次風格！奢華酒店的典範！
