The front desk BELLA's service is warm, the hotel room is clean, the water park is very good, there are many restaurants in the hotel park, it is very convenient, recommended. There is a shopping mall and a food court next to it! I will stay here next time!

They are not focused on international clients. It’s obvious that they are not particularly interested in them either, as 95% of the guests here are locals. The breakfasts are absolutely terrible, and the place is dirty everywhere. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong suit. In the best case dirt is simply brushed off the tables onto the chair you're sitting on, leaving stains on your clothes. Sunbeds on the beach are nearly impossible to find unless you're extremely lucky. The heated pool is completely uncomfortable and seems to be there just for show. In comparison, the heated pool at the nearby MGM hotel is tastefully designed and actually enjoyable. This is despite the fact that there is almost no price difference between the hotels, and in our case, it was even cheaper. Overall, we’ve formed a clear impression that we will not be coming back here.

Miss Damei's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She contacted us a day in advance and provided one-on-one follow-up throughout our stay. Her responses were prompt and professional, and her attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. The resort grounds are expansive and tranquil, with lush greenery, making walks and sightseeing incredibly enjoyable. The pool water was crystal clear and the facilities were excellent, providing a fantastic swimming experience. The commercial street was very convenient, with an authentic milk tea shop and a variety of delicious dining options from multiple restaurants, satisfying our taste buds completely. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. This place offers incredible value for money, a one-stop shop for everything you need to eat, drink, and have fun. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

It was a great experience. As a family of 3 (including a toddler), we enjoyed our trip. The buffet was adequate. The water park and Adventure Zone were the best for my son.

The hotel is large in scale and has beautiful scenery. The water park, wave pool, and children's adventure kingdom are all suitable for children to play. There is also a shopping street for shopping. The hotel room is large. The housekeeper Lisa's meticulous and thoughtful service brought us many surprises. We also experienced the cards and coupons in the package. The buffet breakfast is very convenient. The front desk lady who checked in at the lobby, the sister who cleaned the room, and the brother who helped with the luggage were all very nice. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave after renewing the room for two more days. Special thanks to the housekeeper Miss Lisa for helping us solve problems anytime and anywhere. I will stay here every time I come to Sanya in the future. It beats all seaside chain hotels. Minor disadvantages: The hair dryer is not advanced enough and it takes a long time to dry the hair; there is only one battery car in the hotel, which is difficult to make an appointment. I didn't make an appointment once in five days.

Location: Right across from the high-speed rail station, within the city center, making dining and getting around very convenient. The hotel also has a KFC and a Lawson. Our package didn't include breakfast, so we just went out to eat at KFC. Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel is a bit old, but it's relatively clean and tidy. The kids had a great time in the family suite. Service: There are many family-friendly activities. In the evening, they had bamboo pole dancing and dance lessons for kids. In the afternoon, there was a clown interaction and balloon twisting. The clown lady was the cutest, most patient, and most interactive one I've ever seen; she had our little one laughing so hard. All in all, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.
