This is the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in in Europe. I felt discriminated against. The service attitude was extremely poor. The staff took my passport and printed it but didn't give it to me. I sent an email the next afternoon. I couldn't get through to them by phone or email. Fortunately, our Ctrip customer service helped me contact them throughout the process and finally found my passport. I emphasize again that when you come to Stockholm, you must be careful and pay attention to the hotel reviews. Don't encounter such discriminatory hotels again.

Fint hotell
Det var enkelt att checka in. Vi hade tur att få parkering precis utanför. Rummen var fina men något varma. Hade önskat mer att välja bland på frukosten. Tex chia pudding, havremjölk, laktosfri yoghurt (fanns bara soya alternativ vilket jag ej heller tål) laktosfritt smör eller vanligt smör (fanns bara margarin) brödet var gott samt morotskakan.

The internet connection and TV was not working in the room. Breakfast opened at 7 am, but no warm food was prepared and only some of the cold alternatives.
When breakfast is from 7-10, my expectations is that everything is prepared and ready from 7.

Två nätter, två polisärenden 15m utanför entrén, vet inte om detta är vanligt eller ej. Blev bortglömda i restaurangen båda kvällarna (dock ny personal). Och, man kan tydligen inte få bonuspoäng för de pengar som vi spenderade i restaurangen (7900kr) för att jag bokade rummen med ********** (hade jag bokat med mitt Best western konto hade det gått), detta gäller tydligen bara detta hotellet då jag gjort samma på andra Best western hotel och fått bonus där. Sorry, men för mycket krångel för att komma tillbaka, tar hotell i Stockholm nästa månad istället.
